Cherie Blair takes up the 'God act' down at the Inner London Crown Court as she suspends prison sentence on thug

Dear All

Cherie Blair is the wife of former Tony Blair; she also is a lawyer and sits as a judge.

She has now been reported to the Judicial Complaints Office for her behaviour in the case of Shamso Miah, a Muslim.

Shamso Miah broke a stranger's jaw in row in a bank queue and Blair suspended the six-month prison sentence on the ground that he was devout Muslim.

That was completely unethical and the National Secular Society has lodged a complaint against her.

The complaints office had acknowledged and confirmed that it was going to investigate the case.

There is no place in a Court of Law for religious dogma in the execution of a judge in deciding a case.

This is exactly what Cherie Blair said;

“I am going to suspend this sentence for the period of two years based on the fact you are a religious person and have not been in trouble before. You caused a mild fracture to the jaw of a member of the public standing in a queue at Lloyds Bank. You are a religious man and you know this is not acceptable behaviour.”

This statement has all the hallmarks of a nutcase.

A mild fracture, a broken jaw is a broken jaw, it is painful and debilitating, on top of that it should be noted that the victim was subject to repeated unprovoked assault.

And Shamso Miah lied to the Police that his actions were self defence but the CCTV evidence showed that he was the aggressor.

So, he isn’t as devout as he makes out.

With CCTV evidence, he pleaded guilty.

As to Cherie Blair, she has displayed such warped judgment that Judicial Complaints Office should seek her resignation as a judge.

Yours sincerely
