Nicola Sturgeon‘s SNP Grievance Roadshow travels to England, “I don't want Scotland to become independent because UK has left the EU”, if there is an indyref 2 it will be a re-run of indyref 1, however is Nicola Sturgeon building up a network of contacts to leave Scotland post FM?

Dear All

I am sure that Nicola Sturgeon wouldn’t mind me saying this statement, ‘I don’t believe a bloody word out of her mouth’!

Because I know her and she knows me.

Some people use the expression; you couldn’t make it up if you tried; well it seems that Nicola Sturgeon has said she does not want Scotland to become independent because the UK has left the European Union.

This maybe clear evidence of several things,

1/ She has given up on Scottish independence.

2/ She was the UK in the EU to try and secure automatic EU entry if there is ever a successful indy bid.

3/ She doesn’t want to be forced to admit and set up an independent Scottish Currency, thus debunking the SNP myth of keeping the pound.

Sturgeon says that having the rest of the UK outside the EU would be bad for an independent Scotland.

For a starter, it would mean border controls, another issue that the SNP are keen to gloss over, which doesn’t just touch on National security but also economic security of Scotland.

In a speech in London she called for an “overwhelming” stay vote in June's referendum. It seems that Sturgeon wants to travel to England, yet again; the speech was for a selected audience, not a meet the people event. One wonders if Sturgeon like a squirrel is thinking of post exit as FM, and squirrelling away contacts. As Alex Salmond found after his demise, no one is coming a calling to his door.

No big directorships in multiple national corporations.

To enlighten Sturgeon on her confusion of she didn't know how her appeal to English voters would be received, the same way as any horrible nasty wee hatemonger Nicola, no one wants to hear, no one wants to see you, and by choice discarded immediately without second thought.

Just like the majority of Scots.

If Sturgeon was serious about Scottish independence, she would be campaigning for a leave vote, tactically this is the ‘smart’ move, whether the UK leaves or Scotland becomes independent one day, EU membership has to be applied for via Article 49. I would strongly suggest that the myth of the automatic membership and keeping the pound to hoodwink voters will feature in any new indy bid.

The ideas were bogus in 2014, and Sturgeon and her crew devoid of original thinking, will polish off the same lies and present them as fact much like their indy one bid.

A repeated lie still remains a lie!

Sturgeon has been raising the ghost of indyref 2 in relation to the EU referendum, that somehow there would be a “clamour” for a second independence referendum if Scots were taken out of the UK against their will. Given that many Scots and possibly a majority may wish to leave, exactly whose will is she listening to?

I will save you the trouble; Sturgeon listens to people who agree with her, the vote for the EU is a UK wide vote, not a country by country vote. Don’t listen to talk of veto previously floated by the SNP and by the ‘fake Scot’ Angus Robertson, its rubbish, utter rubbish.

A majority of the UK will decide this matter.

She said:

"If Scotland were to vote in favour of EU membership and the rest of the UK were to vote to leave - if Scotland in other words was to be outvoted - then there is a real chance that that could lead to a second referendum on Scottish independence."

No, it will not, Scottish independence came and went on September 2014, Alex Salmond and the SNP lost the vote decisively, and it will be for Westminster to decide if a second indyref can go ahead, not the Scottish National Party.

She added:

"It's not what I want to happen. Of course, I do want Scotland to be independent, but I don't want Scotland to become independent because the UK chooses to leave the European Union. I want the UK as a whole to stay in the EU because I think that option will be better for the rest of the UK, I think it will be better for the EU and, should Scotland become independent in the future - something I believe will happen - I think it will be better for us too. Ireland's stance on the UK referendum is good evidence of this. Why wouldn't we want our closest neighbour also to be a member of the European Union?"

Delusional rubbish, like Salmond printing cheques with his mouth that his brain can’t cash!

She further added:

"I want the vote on June 23 to result in an overwhelming victory, across all parts of the UK, for remaining in the EU. I will campaign wholeheartedly to achieve that result."

You might be tempted to ask ypourself after reading her thoughts, ‘is that it’?

In a speech a think tank she also attacked the current In campaign, this is because she wants to try and create a narrative that Nicola Sturgeon saved the UK’s EU membership, in fact she is saving nothing, it’s another SNP con trick to raise her profile.

Is the in campaign “miserable, negative and fear-based”, no more that the leave campaign in parts is “miserable, negative and fear-based”, it’s called stupidity and it crosses politically boundaries.

Iain Duncan Smith and Michael Fallon recently demonstrated this trademark by talking the most outrageous rubbish on National security.

In a needy toadying, I am just a humble Scotswoman routine, the angry wee Nat said on her sticking her nose into the English side of the debate;

“I don’t know. I would not presume that anybody outwith Scotland would be willing to listen to what I say. But if there are people who are interested in my opinion I’m happy to share it.”

I am sure that there are plenty of gullible people out there who aren’t wise to the fact that she is a grudge, grievance and malcontent merchant.

In a sweeping statement Sturgeon said:

“The EU is "good for the prosperity and the well-being of individuals, families and communities across our country".

This is a lot of crap, do the people on benefits who struggle from week to week, can’t afford decent food; live in fuel poverty, experience lack of social mobility, how exactly are they experiencing ‘wellbeing’ at present with us already in the EU?

If the UK left the EU, it has been said that we would be 8% better off, we would have control of our borders and we would save £55 million pounds a days in membership fees, these are just some considerations to be taken into account by voting to leave.

As I said previously, there is a case for leaving the EU and there is a case for staying, given the current situation in Europe, the social unrest and breakdown of society, and the waves of violence which are coming down the pipeline, maybe the ordinary people of the UK will come to the conclusion that getting out of European Union membership is a good thing. One thing for certain is that European harmony has taken a huge dent by the actions of Angela Merkel.

Finally, if we are ‘better together’ as Nicola Sturgeon says, maybe she could spell out what that exactly means, because so far I heard talk and the talk is just hot air.

Yours sincerely

Nicola Sturgeon’s folly: Turkish security forces arrest the odious elected SNP MP Natalie McGarry for using her mobile phone near a security checkpoint to record, apparently McGarry said I just wanted to record the sounds of the bombs going off, McGarry is a stupid dangerous and arrogant individual, Sturgeon’s judgment in backing her should be questioned

Dear All

When the SNP selected the odious Natalie McGarry to be an MP, it was only a matter of time before her stupidity would be out in the public gaze. True to form this nasty vile individual didn’t take long to disappoint the people of Glasgow East who voted for her instead of sticking with Labour MP Margaret Curran.

McGarry was involved in the Tommy Ball case, named in a criminal witness statement by me, unfortunately the case didn’t go to court and I could get to name McGarry in open court, however I have done so on the blog.

The next scandal of note was the Women for Independence scandal, £30,000 allegedly missing from a paypal account that only Natalie McGarry had access to and monies paid directly into her own account. The case was such the WFI called in Police Scotland to report the matter, McGarry denies any wrongdoing.

The latest episode in the miserable career of McGarry was being detained by security forces during a visit to Turkey. The jist of this tale is that a member of the Turkish Security Forces became alarmed as Natalie had her mobile phone out near a security check point.

Why did she have her phone out?

She wanted to record the sounds of bombs falling!

Yes, you may have guessed it, Natalie McGarry, Nicola Sturgeon’s pal whom Sturgeon personally endorsed for Glasgow East is a clown. What McGarry represents is anyone’s guess, but the stupidity on show by recording near a security checkpoint in an active warzone is simply incredible.

Did she think that war, violence and death is something she wanders by to see like a tourist on holiday?

After being grabbed by security, McGarry was questioned and unfortunately released.

In a statement, her lawyer Aamer Anwar said:

"I can confirm that Natalie McGarry MP was questioned earlier on today, when she was recording the sound of bombs from the Turkish Forces falling on the Kurdish area of Sur in Diyarbakir. It appears that a member of the Turkish Security Forces became alarmed as Natalie had her mobile phone out near a security check point. She was taken away for questioning and when it was explained that she was part of the GMB delegation and simply recording the sound of bombs falling, she was released. There will be no further statement and Natalie will be returning home soon."

Unfortunately McGarry never made it to the front line were the fighting is taking place thus denying us of the opportunity of her crapping herself as AK 47 bullets whizz about the place. After the incident became public, it seems that she thanked wellwishers for messages of support on social media.

Also on social media, many people wished that Natlie McGarry would get the midnight express treatment and spend some time in a Turkish prison; some others commented that they would prefer her arrested by Police Scotland instead of the Turkish authorities.

A Foreign Office spokeswoman said:

“A British national was briefly detained and released in Diyarbakir, Turkey. Our embassy staff were in close contact with local authorities.”

Onward to the next scandal, it seems that it isn’t just her mouth that gets Natalie McGarry in trouble but also her actions.

One thing which may puzzle some people is how Natalie McGarry came to be selected as a candidate in the SNP, to become an MP when she leaves a trail of scandal in her wake, her mother is an SNP councillor, her auntie is the Holyrood Presiding Officer and she is part of the nasty vicious clique that surrounds Nicola Sturgeon in Glasgow Southside.

We would have heard the last of Natalie McGarry, her stupidity and arrogance will be her undoing, sooner or later she will do something which will have serious consequences, at that point I would say that McGarry will do anything to save herself.

As Heath Ledger famously said:

“I know who the squealers are”!

Finally, do you remember during the WFI scandal that her ugly sidekick pal Shona McAlpine tried to ‘dob’ other people into the financial scandal; well McGarry is cut from the exact same cloth.

Open Letter to Ian Thompson, the good thing about history is that facts remain facts, the cause of the Union is being destroyed because some people are putting their party first before the interests of the people of Scotland, let me also help you out by saying, ‘no one’ is ‘special’ in politics, especially not that shallow hollow woman, Nicola Sturgeon or any of her Cult

Dear Ian

If you had sat and watched the scene from the comedy The Hateful Eight, you wouldn't have batted an eyelid regarding my last post.

The movie is entertainment, you said "we will not change hearts and minds with ridicule, abhorrent rhetoric and hate."

I would say me quoting someone else is in anyway hateful, you appear to believe that somehow Nicola Sturgeon is 'special', and being 'special' somehow puts her above others because of the position she holds. Her position in my eyes is nothing, unlike many people, I went to Glasgow University when a lot of Holyrood politicians were there as students.

I knew some people in the public eye, when they were just arseholes.

Now, let's address the cause, do you know what David Cameron did?

No?

I will help you, he sold Sturgeon a pig in a poke deliberately thinking this would assist the Scottish Conservatives, that's called politics, Sturgeon being stupid, she signed up to that because she is blind to the needs of Scotland, everything is about indy with her.

In the movie later, Samuel L Jackson doesn't survive, why because his actions earlier laid the groundwork of him receiving karma. I would say that when the details of the deal come out as well as damaging the SNP, it will also damage the Conservatives.

So, using the scene from the movie is a good way of provoking emotion, which is why you are upset.

Now, you are upset, you maybe inclined to start thinking, not what others want you to think about what you should be doing all along, thinking independently and not accepting things at face value.

It would help the Unionist cause if the people running the Union had people like me advising them because so far post indy they have really balls things up.

Oh, to help you out further read this and note the date I wrote it.

http://glasgowunihumanrights.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/fucking-it-all-up-labour-leader-jim.html

I direct you to this post because, it highlights how out of touch some people are in politics, I watched as a member of the public as the leader of the Labour Party took the wrong direction, fail to grasp the problems and lived in denial.

The worst result for Labour since 1918.

In your opinion was the pressing issue of 'injustice' in Scotland get a beer at a football game or the OBA Act?

I suspect not, so why did th Labour Party start a campaign based on utter tripe?

If you think that you are defending a 'nice person' in Nicola Sturgeon, trust me, I know her and you aren't. She is a horrible person, so much so the SNP had to try and make her likeable by sticking a kid in her arms to make out at a subconscious level that she is a 'mum'.

She isn't.

The SNP is a cult full of nasty vicious small minded people but no one challenges them, no one is prepared to stand up, to them, its a game. Down at the 'Southern General' in Glasgow, a man was left on a trolley and died, he is the real cost of SNP incompetence and the failures of parties to hold a git like Sturgeon to account.

I wonder if it was your relative would you be of the same mindset that no one was there to face down these people, and please don't let the 15 minutes bullshit of FMQs make you think that someone is doing a 'good job'.

They aren't and last time I checked there are 168 hours in a week, Nicola Sturgeon is laughing at people like you and you don't even know it.

The Hateful One: Scotland’s unpopular First Minister Nicola Sturgeon wants to push her way into the BBC EU Debates, grievance monkey Sturgeon is a minor B team player trying to play in the cup final, recently she was sold a ‘pig in a poke’ by David Cameron re Fiscal framework, now Scots face higher taxes, what a smuck

Dear All

Oh, the agony, all dressed up and no place to go!

It seems that Scotland’s unpopular First Minister wants a spot in the BBC’s European Union debates; however, it is looking a lot like there is no room at the inn for the nasty wee grievance merchant from dreghorn.

Before I start, a quick word about the ‘deal’ between David Cameron and Nicola Sturgeon, some people say ‘historic’, I say David Cameron played a blinder and sold Sturgeon a ‘pig in a poke’.

I have decided to dub this the ‘black dingus’ deal after the scene in The Hateful Eight.

Nicola Sturgeon has sold out Scots, we are set for higher taxation, but eventually, things will turn really sour and as Samuel L Jackson said in the Movie:

“I pulled my BIG, BLACK, PECKER outta my pants. And I made him crawl in the snow on all fours over to it. Then I grabbed a handful of that black hair at the back of his head... And I stuck my Big Black Johnson right down his goddamn throat! And it was fulla' blood... so it was warm. Oh, you bet your sweet ass it was warm. And Charles Chester Smithers sucked on that warm black dingus for as loong as he could. Hahahaahaha! Startin' to see pictures, ain't ya?”

What David Cameron did to Nicola Sturgeon was the political equivalent.

Nicola Sturgeon…… black dingus….. Startin' to see pictures; ain't ya!

Anyway, trying to portray herself as a force in the EU debate, and tell people that the SNP will ‘save’ Britain’s EU membership is a hoot, no one south of the border is taking any interest what Sturgeon says, people would rather see a match up with David Cameron and Nigel Farage, however, the press seem keen to want a Cameron V Johnson match.

The BBC is planning a special head to head with one senior figure from each side, so that leaves regional campaigner Nicola Sturgeon out in the cold, just as Glasgow City Council answers to Holyrood, Holyrood answers to Westminster.

Also, I think the viewers in the rest of the UK don’t wish to see the spectacle of Nicola Sturgeon trying to work Scottish independence into a debate on EU membership; she lost that debate in 2014.

As per normal Nicola Sturgeon has been deeply critical of the way Mr Cameron has made the case to stay in the EU. Maybe I should remind people why the SNP want to stay in the EU at present, I have blogged on this before, but it is worth mentioning again. The SNP think they can trick the EU into allowing them automatic membership without the normal procedure, they want access to the European Central Bank to act as lender of last resort in the same way the Bank of England operates for Scotland. The campaign to use the pound is an election con trick, the SNP plan to dump it because EU rules say you must have your own central bank and currency. If Scotland went independence, it would be pound to Scots pound to Euro!

Then we would end up like Greece, totally up shit creek without a paddle, all our assets would be sold off, and we would never escape debt.

The BBC has announced two other EU debates, including one in Glasgow, presumably the SNP will make a play to get an unwanted and unwelcomed Nicola Sturgeon into the Glasgow event by badgering them in private.

The head to head should be between David Cameron and Nigel Farage, there is no way that Nicola Sturgeon is the same calibre as Cameron, and after he played a blinder on Fiscal framework taking the rip roaring piss out of Team Sturgeon, why should a B team player play in the cup final?

To make up for being punked, Sturgeon will ram up Scottish taxes and shaft Scots, then blame it all on England, but remember, she is the one who signed Scots up to austerity max!

'SNP women will get things done', well, no complaints here about cornering the market on crass stupidity!

Blood and Soil Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon’s incompetence sees A&E patients forced to wait for hours in secret holding areas, serious ill Scots left in corridors in vain hope a medic will come quickly, ‘SNP women will get things done’, the sickest joke in Scottish politics

Dear All

My friend’s auntie died last week, prior to dying, she was rushed to the 842million Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. My friend who was her ‘carer’ was shocked at what he saw at the hospital.

The 842million Queen Elizabeth University Hospital A&E cannot cope, patients like my friend’s elderly aunt are effectively ‘stacked up’ to wait for treatment. The movement to bring three hospitals together was rushed through and this caused chaos at the start and it is still chaos now!

In December 2014, I visited the A&E because I had become seriously ill, far from being treated; I was kicked out as a ‘timewaster’ and didn’t get a physically examined by either the triage nurse or the doctor. The doctor told me that A&E was for genuine patients who had heart attacks or had their leg blown off as way of telling me I had no right to be there.

55 hours later, I was emergency admitted to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Why did they decide to treat me?

I had a letter from my GP which laid out how serious my medical condition actually was, once I handed in the letter to A&E, within 10 minutes I was rushed into the treatment area ahead of others in a crowded waiting area.

I was within hours of dying or maybe even minutes. I didn’t know what they planned to do to me, I was expecting something minor, maybe a magic pill but to my surprise, they said to me, ‘you are not going anywhere’. The next 5 days, the Hospital fought to stabilise me, my kidneys among other things were shutting down, and blood was pouring out of the tubes stuck inside me by the medics. It has to be said, I was extremely lucky because my GP within less than 30 seconds, and being told the exact same information diagnosed correctly.

Many seriously ill people like me were sent away from the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, only to return as the service was overwhelmed during that Christmas period. The ‘blame’ for the situation according to Nicola Sturgeon’s pal, Shona Robison, the Health Minister was laid at the door of sick people for being sick.

We keep getting told that the chaos has been brought under control, but that isn’t true, people are still waiting ridiculously long times to get seen and treated down at the Hospital. It now transpires that A&E patients have been forced to wait for hours in secret holding areas. This is possibly to ‘fiddle’ the stats and hid the problems, to save the SNP Government from embarrassment and give the impression of competence. Urgent cases referred to hospital by GPs are kept separate from Accident and Emergency submissions.

So, what is the human cost of Nicola Sturgeon’s failure to deliver a health service fit for purpose and designed for the 21st Century?

Death!

The man died in Glasgow's £842million Queen Elizabeth University Hospital last year after he was abandoned on a hospital trolley in the Immediate Assessment Unit. It seems that Nicola Sturgeon isn’t to keen to talk about the human cost of her failures, or the fact that the reality is the SNP are not a competent Government, as I said before, they are a party of protest.

The Scottish Labour party has taken up the issue of the continual failure of meeting waiting times targets, month in and month out, the record is one of failure. The SNP pledged to have a transparent NHS, but after using a Freedom of Information request, Dr. Richard Simpson discovered different waiting times targets across the country.

Dr Simpson said:

“Our NHS staff performs miracles each and every day and deserve the best possible support and resources to do their job”.

As someone who was an inpatient on a ward, I saw how hard the nursing staff and auxiliary Nurses work, very fast, very hard, and ‘non stop’! There is always another job to do, and another and another, being bedridden, I had a front row seat for 5 days watching them work; there are not enough Nurses and auxiliary Nurses on wards.

Simposon added:

“Instead, in Scotland today, we have hidden A&E waiting lists. These are wards filled with patients who a doctor has judged sick enough to go to hospital; these patients face a postcode lottery in terms of the care they will receive. There isn’t a consistent name or a consistent waiting time target in any of these wards. It cannot be right that the length of time a patient waits for treatment is measured if they go through one door in a hospital but not another. SNP Health Minister Shona Robison promised a transparent and accountable NHS – why is she presiding over a system of hidden A&E waiting lists? After nearly a decade in power and a majority in the Scottish Parliament the SNP have no excuses here.”

There are as Dr Simpson says no excuses, but the Health Sec was treated as an afterthought as the SNP, in this case, Nicola Sturgeon ran off to chase independence, what she should have been doing is dealing with problems. Awhile I blogged, ‘Your granny is going to have to die’, this was because of what happened to my friend’s auntie were it seems some medics have to be ‘pushed’ to give treatment by people’s relatives.

When did the health service gets so callous regarding whether someone ‘deserves’ to be saved?

Is medicine an exact science?

The fact that hospital casualty departments have regularly failed to meet waiting time targets is a running sore in the SNP Government, it’s everyone’s fault bar them it seems. Recently SNP MSP talked about ‘getting rid of hospitals’ and inferred that treatment could be in the community. Of course, he was roundly condemned and laughed at on social media, anyone got a kitchen table so that a district nurse can do open heart surgery? What about a spare back bedroom to do radiation therapy for cancer, or a ‘secured living room’ for the criminally insane, we could do away with Carstairs.

The Patients Association speaking rather plainly said public had the ‘right to know’ when waiting time figures were being artificially manipulated. Of course some people may conclude that artificially manipulated figures are a form of dishonesty to hoodwink the public.

Chief Executive Katherine Murphy said:

“This is the kind of practice people need to know about”.

One wonders what Nicola Sturgeon think of people speaking out about this type of shifty deceit, the ‘little people’ demanding fair and transparent government; that will really stick in her craw.

Murphy added:

“There appears to be no transparency. Every patient should have the same, equal access to services but now we have a system where emergency patients go to casualty but those referred to hospital by their doctors go to different units and nobody really knows how long they’ll have to wait to be seen. Where is the equality in that? With no target times or vastly differing target times it is hardly an image of a transparent service. Our concern is that if these units take pressure off the actual casualty departments by lowering their waiting times, then we might be hitting targets artificially. Obviously we know of that one death in one of these units but we cannot be certain that is the only one.”

To show how the ‘secret units’ hide the truth about SNP incompetence, departments go by a variety of names including Clinical Decision Unit, GP Assessment Unit, Medical Assessment Unit, Acute Receiving Unit, Ambulatory Assessment Area and Acute Surgical Receiving Unit.

Many of them have no waiting time targets at all and all of them operate outside the four-hour waiting time target for A&E departments. The SNP Government made a big deal of publishing waiting times to great fanfare each week.

It was constantly said that Nicola Sturgeon was constantly in and out of hospitals as Health Sec, one wonders; what was she doing there if she wasn’t sorting problems like A&E?

One day, you, a member of your family or even a friend or neighbour will be rushed to A&E, will you or they suffer the same fate as the man who was ‘stacked’ on a trolley and left?

If you want to improve your survival chances, there is one measure worth considering, and that is to vote as many of the SNP out of public office in the forthcoming Holyrood election.

Yours sincerely

SNP ‘civic nationalism’, Nicola Sturgeon and her husband Peter Murrell, SNP Chief Executive have serious questions to answer why SNP HQ isn’t investigating complaints by ordinary members, the SNP is rotten to the core, dripping in sleaze and up to its neck in scandal, the ‘unity party’ is an utter fraud

Dear All

My experience of the staff of the SNP at their headquarters in Edinburgh taught one thing, that Nicola Sturgeon’s husband Peter Murrell couldn’t be trusted. Prior to being smeared in the party as making a “homophobic” comment, I had put in legitmate complaints.

What action did Peter Murrell take as Chief Executive?

He did nothing.

What action did Derek Mackay take when I forwarded my complaint to him?

He did nothing.

What action did Ian McCann, the compliance officer take?

He did nothing.

You may wonder why, let me save you the trouble, these people don’t care about ordinary members, the idea of a united party in the SNP is as I have written in the past a myth. The party is a party within a party; I call it a cult because cult best describes how these people operate.

After I made complaints, as everyone knows, the SNP National Secretary then made a complaint about me. As well as being the complainer, he was running the hearing against me, and speaking to the judges outside the process regarding the case. After I complained about this stinking piece of human vermin and walked away from the SNP, William Henderson resigned as National Secretary.

Never to be heard of again.

As people know I have had serious illness, when I informed them that I couldn’t travel to Edinburgh, Patrick Grady MP, the new National Secretary held a hearing to find me guilty in secret, at a hearing I did not know had taken place.

This little incident tells you all you need to know about ‘civic nationalism’ which some people just describe as ‘Scottish Nazism’. The right to a fair trial, the right to present your case and the right to equality all do not exist in the SNP.

I said over the last couple of years, the SNP is a ‘rat ship’; this upset the Nationalists who hide behind the fake persona of Nicola Sturgeon being a nice and caring person.

For the avoidance of doubt, Nicola Sturgeon is a vile nasty horrible individual who surrounds herself with the most vicious clique in Scottish politics. Incidentally, you may remember I recently made the press as one of her Southside clique was found guilty in Glasgow Sheriff Court, he was a liar and smeared me as a ‘known paedophile’. Now he has been dealt with by the Court, his fine of £1500 was to me, just a cherry on top of the cake.

So, the SNP who present themselves as the moral voice of Scotland is a rotten putrid vessel of questionable humanity. The reports of ‘civil war’ inside the party are making it out into the public domain, in the past, the SNP managed to get rid of people quietly so the cult could flourish without the gaze of scrutiny. The latest new low in the continued internal war involves SNP Councillor David Baird. Apparently, he has been placed under investigation by the party following claims he profited from selling SNP merchandise at a rally for the pro-independence group Hope over Fear.

Hope over Fear is the vehicle of Tommy Sheridan to climb back up to the top of the political ladder in Scotland as an independence supporter campaigning for the mystical second indyref. At present the party described this as a “dispute”, however a report within an Uddingston and Bellshill branch audit document said £1,524 was due to the group by a member and that the local organisation should “litigate if necessary”.

It seems there is a problem when it comes to money in the SNP, the SNP HQ apparently has told members not to call in police.

Why would SNP HQ wish to interfere if members suspect that allegedly criminality make have taken place? Don’t they believe in the rule of law and justice?

The SNP councillor strongly denies any wrongdoing and claims he planned to use the cash to set up a breakaway branch. That raises a question, why did he think that assets belonging to the current branch could be used to setup a breakaway branch?

Did he have permission to exercise this authority?

If so, who gave it to him and when, and does he have authorisation in writing which is beyond dispute, and copied to various interested parties?

And of course, documented in branch meeting minutes, so that no one gets to re-write history!

This latest episode in a long-running internal feud within the SNP that has exploded since Julie McAnulty, another councillor, was suspended by the SNP. The claims against her which she denies relate to a statement allegedly told an activist employed by an MSP that she wanted to “get the pakis out of the party”.

The racism complaint was made by Sheena McCulloch. She is a staffer for MSP Richard Lyle; he is convenor of the Uddingston and Bellshill branch and a Holyrood candidate. To show how bizarre things have gotten, a group loyal to Lyle make the allegation that the party is fighting off attempts of infiltration from Tommy Sheridan’s Solidarity Party. Of course, they will have evidence of this, such as confirmation that certain SNP members also hold Solidarity membership?

It seems that the influx of largely new members which the SNP like to boast about has brought problems; they are seen as a threat because what passes for candidates in the SNP isn’t very good. Another view of mine is that there is a genuine lack of talent in the SNP; apparently the George Laird is echoed time and time again as people like odious Natalie McGarry demonstrate on twitter.
Natalie McGarry, big mouth with little brain!

Baird said:

“I brought all of the paperwork and money to party HQ in May yet nine months on this has still not been resolved. I asked them to take this to the police. This is a smear job that has been leaked to the papers because of negative stories appearing about certain other members of the party.”

In my complaint after 6 months, the SNP HQ did nothing, not even correspond with me. They even broke the law regarding my data subject access request, when I asked who in the SNP had responsibility as the Data Controller, Peter Murrell, Nicola Sturgeon’s husband replied by email that he was responsible. My data subject access request was 3 times over the legal limit, my id was not returned and the information I specifically requested was also not there.

Chief executive Peter Murrell, Nicola Sturgeon’s husband is like his wife, a ‘rat’, I say this openly in print and would say it to her face, which probably explains why her face gets very interested on what is on the floor when she sees me.

To show you how sensitive Sturgeon is on this latest scandal, she stonewalled questions about the Lanarkshire controversy in a Facebook Q&A. People apparently don’t have the right to know under the SNP.

And to return to Patrick Grady, the SNP national secretary, he deliberately tried to hush up activists on Twitter. He privately told one former branch secretary discussing internal party business in public was “inappropriate”. Well, I would say that that the way that Nicola Sturgeon’s husband Peter Murrell runs the SNP is highly “inappropriate” as I discovered through my personal experiences. Grady’s attempt to gag activists however backfired when the former branch secretary revealed she had already quit the party, and posted the exchange which shows Grady as he is in all his glory.

The SNP is a ‘rat ship’, in 2014, Scotland wasn’t ready to be an independent country because no work for was done, when you know realise what the calibre of people leading the SNP actually is, you know why. A person once said to me regarding the quality of SNP elected politicians, ‘is that it’?

Yes, that is it, and that is why Scotland needs a centre right party to manage its affairs, we have spin without substance, we have poor leaders without integrity, and we have the great shop soiled white hope of Dreghorn, Nicola Sturgeon leading the country backwards in all directions.

I have nothing but the utmost contempt for Nicola Sturgeon and I publicly regret assisting to get her into public office in 2011.

I put my hand up, I was conned, I believed that these people were ‘better’, that they had a vision and wanted to help people, the SNP cult only help themselves to the wealth of Scotland.

You’re having a laugh: Tommy Sheridan launches his campaign for re-election to Holyrood, despite being plagued by scandal, jailed for perjury and outed as a mad shagger, the Tommy Sheridan Circus is back in town for another show, if he gets in oh how Nicola Sturgeon will be upset, don’t worry Nicola, there is no chance…….. he will want to get between your legs!

Dear All

One of the major drawbacks to Tommy Sheridan’s career since he was put in jail for perjury was to come clean and say ‘sorry’, however Sheridan decided to go the other way and boldly declare he was an innocent man.

There was one slight problem…… he was found guilty with enough evidence and witnesses to sink a battleship.

In the years since he was released, he used the Scottish independence campaign to re-invent himself, this upset some people on the Yes Scotland and his party Solidarity was excluded from the SNP front in Hope Street. Yes Scotland had cobbled together the SSP and the Scottish Greens to make up the coalition of the damned.

Sheridan after he was told he was not welcome in the ‘inclusive’ Yes Camp despite the fact he had a ‘tan’ and could pass for a Syrian went out and did his own thing, so, Hope over Fear was born. This vehicle gave Sheridan a platform to speak and in some respects, he stolen some of the thunder away from unpopular Nicola Sturgeon, although Sturgeon can do angry, she can’t do public speaking well and come across natural.

No matter how hard she tries, she has all the conviction of a used car salesman.

Tommy Sheridan on the other hand is a good speaker, although he overuses the ‘brother, sister and comrade’ bit to death. I grew up in Pollok like Sheridan but I never was one of the ‘mucker division’; too much BBC 2 when I was younger I suppose.

Hope over Fear had a decent bit of publicity because the press love Sheridan, but it isn’t true love, just give him enough rope to hang himself and they will haul him up. So, on the back of his success, and a few rallies, complete with face painting, Sheridan is now on the campaign trail. He is standing again for Holyrood, will he be welcomed, the answer is no, I would imagine that he would be as ‘popular’ as Bill Walker since his case involved lying and sex. The SNP and their ‘allies’ won’t be brothers in arms with him, quite the opposite, of course being ignored by Sturgeon’s crew isn’t really a punishment, after all they are drones for the most part not worth talking to in the first place.

I have to say, it would be hilarious to see Sheridan at Holyrood as an FU to Nicola Sturgeon and the SNP. I like comedy, however, it seems that this ‘production’ might never go ahead, Sheridan has too big a mountain to climb.

Everest!

Before I got caught up in my life and death event last night, I was going to stand for Holyrood, then my illness came and I had a long wait to see if I had cancer, and then of course being in and out of multiple hospitals, having to get nurses to come to my home, then getting an operation rather sank that idea. I wanted to stand either in Pollok or on the Glasgow list; I was toying with standing in Sturgeon seat but ruled that out. If I couldn’t do a proper campaign as I wanted then I couldn’t justify doing it myself.
Former MSP Tommy Sheridan doesn’t to my mind seem to be doing enough to get elected, and his old outfit, the SSP is now become RISE, on top of that there is speculation that Ukip may get 6 MSPs in Scotland. Everything however is still up in the air post indy vote, some people on the Conservative side are claiming they will be the second party at Holyrood displacing the Labour Party.

In a first past the post seat Tommy Sheridan has no chance, mainly because his party; Solidarity are not active enough, social media can hide a lot of sins but they can’t hide, not doing enough on the ground week in week out.

With no chance of winning FPTP seat; the best option is the Glasgow list, and hope to pull enough votes across Glasgow to swing a list seat. Tommy Sheridan is a big brand name but his brand is tainted beyond repair, his case for perjury is still fresh in people’s minds, and if it isn’t the newspapers will remind people. Tommy Sheridan rose and Tommy Sheridan fell, the media built him up and then they helped his downfall.

His wife Gail is also running for Holyrood, and she is first on the list for the West of Scotland region. If she is campaigning full time, then she is unlucky to get in, and although the Sheridan’s will be saying all the ‘right things’, you need people to stop and listen. I doubt he will get the opportunity but stranger things happen at sea.

Tommy Sheridan wants Nationalists to give him their list vote in Glasgow; this is a tactic he has been running with for some time, the polls show the SNP still enjoying success based on the misguided belief by people that Nicola Sturgeon is going to deliver independence when in fact she isn’t going to be delivering….. nothing!

It takes a while for some people to grasp they have been conned, I would imagine that Sturgeon wants two terms as FM before rapping and going onto the SNP backbenches citing health reasons, of course that would be 8 years of circa £144k in the bank.

So what about Sheridan’s main claim of  securing a second independence referendum, well not to put a fine point on it, that is just dick! Tommy Sheridan whether in or out of Holyrood cannot deliver anything to do with independence, it is just an illusion, smoke and mirrors, a hollow campaign with nothing to back it up.

All rubbish and all bullshit.

Scottish independence has come and gone, Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon buried it by lying, their supporters killed by cybernattery and thuggery, Westminster has stated the ‘once in a generation’ is exactly that and even Nicola Sturgeon wouldn’t put it in her manifesto unless there is slippage in the SNP vote.

If Tommy Sheridan gets back into Holyrood as an MSP, it will be a miracle, but as we should remember, Sydney Greenstreet famously said:

“We might as well be frank, monsieur. It would take a miracle to get you out of Casablanca, and the Germans have outlawed miracles”.
Finally, to show I am a good sport, the last word goes to Sheridan:

"I urge the people of Glasgow not to waste their second vote. Make it count by giving it to Solidarity and elect me to fight for a second independence referendum, public ownership of public services and trade union rights, and fight against the renewal of Trident, the Tory austerity agenda, fracking, poverty and inequality."

Yours sincerely

Rochdale child sex grooming gang ringleader Shabir Ahmed convicted of 30 rapes wants to use human rights to avoid being deported back to Pakistan, he says his trial was 'tainted', a 'miscarriage of justice' and 'institutionally racist', this is one case where deportation is required to safeguard all of society

Dear All

Do you believe in justice?

The obvious answer for most people regardless of religion or race is yes, fundamentally we like to believe that most people are good, and in some ways they hold the same values as us.

There are of course people who aren’t, although no one is born evil, they can become evil over time.

One such character is Shabir Ahmed, he is a paedophile; he is also the ringleader of a Rochdale child sex grooming gang. A judge has described him as a 'violent hypocritical bully', the scale of his criminality is long and sustained; he has been convicted of 30 rapes.

I am a big believer in human rights; it is one of the better aspects of the European Union which has helped Britain become the nation that we recognise today. The problem with human rights is generally not the rights themselves but the wrong judgments applied; this has always been the flaw of human rights, human error.

Paedophile Shabir Ahmed is using European human rights laws in an attempt to avoid being deported out of Britain. Under Article 8.2, the State has the right to remove from society anyone who represents a danger to national security. In other words, if a judge says you are too dangerous to be allowed into society you can be deported back to your country of origin.

How do we know that Article 8.2 works!

We know it works this because if it didn’t then no one would be in prison, think about that for a moment, imprisonment is a legal exception to right to a family life. However, there are safeguards in place in the form of a trial, how it is conducted, access to evidence etc etc, let’s face it you know the script.

So a mechanism to deport people deemed a threat exists, in the case of Shabir Ahmed, he is a clear candidate for the removal of his citizenship and deportation back to Pakistan. Ahmed should do every day of his sentence and when he reaches the end he should be put on a plane back to his home country, after 22 years in jail.

The girls that he and his gang raped were as young as 13 years old.

Ahmed appeared before the First Tier Immigration Tribunal to appeal against the decision by Secretary of State Theresa May to strip him of his British citizenship, the first stage in the deportation process. His case against this deportation has an all too familiar route, play the race. As well as being unhappy about being deported, Ahmed had an issue with Theresa May, the Home Secretary when he uttered:

'She (Theresa May) says all her trouble is coming from Muslims, yet she's the biggest trouble causer in the world.'

Obviously Ahmed should realise that his limited defence is so weak, he should shut up, ‘she's the biggest trouble causer in the world', I personally doubt the First Tier Immigration Tribunal will swallow that line.

He also added, which made this story of interest to me to blog that he was convicted by 'eleven white jurors', adding:

'It's become fashionable to blame everything on Muslims these days.'

Is he seriously suggesting that if 11 Muslims sat on that jury and listened to his catalogue of serial rape that they would let him go free?

Is his claim that it is ‘become fashionable to blame everything on Muslims these days', does that hold any water? If you look at the European migrant crisis, the criminality which has increased drastically isn’t down to the ingenious population; it is down to migrants committing crime like rape, especially in places like Sweden, and of course who can forget the fury of public opinion about the Cologne attacks.

Vinesh Mandalia, representing the Home Office, told the tribunal the Home Sec had exercised her right as the Home Office minister to deprive Ahmed  of British citizenship 'if it is conducive to public good'.

And it is right.

What is most telling about Ahmed’s yarn, and that is what it is, is when he rattled off that the conviction is unsafe on the basis it was a conspiracy by everyone involved. Presumably that included the under aged girls who were only 13 years olds, everyone according to him is out to get him, and for good measure, we must chuck in the judge and the jury. According to Ahmed's appeal, he states his trial was 'tainted' and a 'miscarriage of justice' as it was 'institutionally racist' using Muslims as 'scapegoats'.

That defence will hold no water with anyone whether they are involved in the legal process here in Britain or in Europe, he might as well say his trial was unfair because no one has painted yellow lines outside the court so no one could park. You don’t have to know anything about law or human rights to see this as what it is, and that is bollocks, personally I think his lawyer wants shot of him to Pakistan.

Another man also in line for deportation is Qari Abdul Rauf, this guy trafficked a girl, aged 15, in the UK for sex while at the same time acted as a religious studies teacher at a mosque in Rochdale. Apparently, he burst into tears and asked the immigration tribunal for 'mercy' and that he 'wanted a second chance'.

If his case was something minor, unpaid parking tickets, not paying his TV licence, involved in accident or breach of the peace, you could think, punish him, teach him a lesson, and then let him travel on his way, hopefully wiser.

But this is a minor offence, this offence is right up in the most seriousness of criminality, he is a paedophile who represents a danger to children. He was also part of a gang; this cannot be forgotten or indeed forgiven. He should be any stretch of the imagination be stripped of citizenship and deported, and banned from ever setting foot in Britain again. What people like Shabir Ahmed and Qari Abdul Rauf count on is that human rights are away of escaping justice, in fact applied properly human rights are the very mechanism should see them deported.

Article 8.2 is the perfect law for their removal; their presence is a threat to national security, security of the people and social cohesion. Where there is crime in society, there is no justice!

Because of bad decisions on matters relating to human rights, there is a popular feeling that the Human Rights Act 1998 should be repealed, the Conservatives wish to replace it by what they call a ‘Bill of Rights’.

We need as I have always blogged, ‘better’ judges, not ‘better’ legislation. Of course when you make your case and use Pakistani paedophiles and rapists cases, the heavy lifting of argument is removed by emotion, and law isn’t about emotion, it’s about justice.

And to prove my point of needing 'better' judges, read this:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3452576/Hundreds-convicted-criminals-including-murderers-appeal-sentences-High-Court-ruled-law-joint-enterprise-wrongly-interpreted-judges-30-years.html

Funny, how I see to be able to call it right time and time again!

Breach of Trust: George Osborne’s brother, Dr Adam Osborne is stuck off the medical register after an ‘inappropriate’ relationship with a female patient, his career will be known for drugs, escorts and an affair with a patient, had it all and lost it all, so many advantages in life but this time the GMC had no option but to remove him from practicing as a doctor

Dear All

There are certain positions held in society where a high level of trust is placed and is expected by people holding those positions. The medical profession is one such area where a doctor needs to exhibit the highest standards.

If you can’t trust a doctor as they say, who can you trust?

Some time ago I did a piece of Dr Adam Osborne; he is the brother of George Osborne, the Conservative Chancellor. Awhile ago, I covered a story where he fallen foul of the General Medical Council due to his antics.

http://glasgowunihumanrights.blogspot.co.uk/2010/02/george-laird-accurately-predicts-that.html

This was a follow up post regarding Osborne supplying prescription drugs to a cocaine addict prostitute'.

After his hearing, he was suspended for six months, which I got right, prior to the verdict. Having a brush with the medical authorities, you might think that this would have been the kick up the arse he needed to get him and his career back on track. Life however is complicated, and although you can’t pick your family, you can certainly pick your friends. Dr. Adam Osborne seems to be bad at the latter, now he has been stuck off the medical register as a doctor.

His career is destroyed because of a relationship deemed inappropriate with a female patient. Osborne should have known better, in my youth, I was a teacher, and right from the start, I knew that relationships with my female students were inappropriate, because people expect better. One time at Uni, two female medics were in the swimming pool, one shouted up to me, ‘I want to have your babies’. I just laughed that off, the second one who I taught then said the exact same thing, I replied, ‘I am your coach’, to which a very quick, ‘sorry’ was immediately said, the rules are the rules.

So, Adam Osborne had a secret two-year affair with a female patient, he also had a partner, as a psychiatrist surely Osborne had the ability to recognize that this scenario was a recipe for disaster. Maybe he liked the danger, maybe he liked the thrill, but he must have known sooner or later it would all blow up in his face.

In a series of emails to his deeply troubled former lover, he went from ‘begging to threatening’ as the pressure of exposure increased, sometimes the best course of action is to shut your mouth and not give people ammunition to use against you.

'Please don't do this to me — it will destroy me and my family in public,' read one message from him.

Another email ran to:
'You still have the power to tell the GMC [General Medical Council] that you made this up because you were angry at me for discontinuing therapy or that you were confused, paranoid, deluded — whatever excuse you can think of.'

When that tactic didn’t work, he started to threaten her:

'If I get into trouble for this, then I will never forgive you and I will make sure you pay.'

This threatening email is properly what sealed his fate; a person in his position cannot go round making threats of vengeance.

This week, a tribunal ruled that Osborne's 'deplorable behaviour' meant that his fitness to practice was impaired; the same panel ordered that he be struck off from the medical register.

In other words, his medical career is over, gone and never coming back. All those years of long study and training, the sacrifice, the long hours, the hectic studying, the pressure of exams, all wasted now.

Ruling against him, chairman Dr Nigel Callaghan, said:

'The tribunal regards Dr Osborne's behaviour as profoundly unacceptable and [it] undermines the public's confidence in the medical profession. By his actions, Dr Osborne has brought the reputation of the medical profession into disrepute, breached a fundamental tenet of the medical profession and put [the patient] at risk of harm.'

Some people get extraordinary chances in life, some of those chances allow them to do good, after having it all, having every advantage and opportunity, yet again, we see someone destroying themselves when they had something others can only dream of.

This is just another one of those cases.

Migrant crisis: NATO deploys Aegean people-smuggling patrols to stop people-smugglers taking migrants from Turkey to Greece, isn’t it amazing that Turkey, Germany and Greece have all arrived at the George Laird view of deploying NATO, albeit it has taken some considerable time to get there

Dear All

Do you remember my first of 2016 on the blog, in that post I focused on the migrant crisis, this is easily the most dramatic event to hit the European mainland since the end of WW2. The migrant crisis will ripple through Europe at so many levels because the actions of a few politicians have impacted on the many, in ways that will take decades to repair.

Online, you can read horror stories of how migrants have acted and how they have been treated by others. I touched on the story of ‘Goran in Austria’, a little 10 year old boy brutally raped by an Iraqi migrant; and also migrant using a little girl as shield during a riot at a European border.

Although there are lots of interesting stories which drive my stats up, especially when I touch on SNP incompetence, I like to tackle tricky subjects which need to be addressed; and present solutions which some people don’t like. When I go on media programmes, I don’t what politicians do, sit there say something is ‘terrible’, how ‘heartbroken’ they are, and not have any answers to the problem as they hog the air time talking about themselves and delivering meaningless pap to the audience.

As I remind readers on the blog and elsewhere, sooner or later everyone comes around to the George Laird view, it just takes them a bit longer.

In my first post of 2016, I wrote as I had done before that there needed to be NATO involvement in the migrant crisis, this is because they have experience of co-ordinating a multi national force. Prior to that blog post, I had through-out 2015 came to the conclusion that the Med needed to be patrolled so that migrant boats could be turned back in international waters rather than have them sail on their merry way round the Med.

It now seems that my idea is in sync with NATO now saying, ‘We'll send in the warships’. It seems that the German chancellor Angela Merkel wants vessels to patrol the Aegean Sea in an attempt to stop migrants crossing. Much more is needed than this, on the African side of the Med, it is important that countries also play a part to assist in stopping the migrant boats from leaving their territorial waters. So far, I am not seeing much in the way of diplomatic action to get a security plan drawn up for the Med involving countries which border it.

Security in the Med simply cannot be an ‘allies only’ matter.

It isn’t surprising to me that we are at the point of Defence ministers considering military action to stop people smugglers, already some ‘Dick Tracy’ detective work has been going on to identify routes and people involved. People smuggling is big business, it seems, it isn’t some ‘mom and pop’ business of some little African trying to make a few quid, it is serious criminal enterprise, done in a professional manner.

The EU leaders have in the main failed to tackle the influx of migrants, they were politically sucked into seeing this event as simply a humanitarian crisis, and the politicians fell all over themselves to try and out bid each other that they were more ‘caring’ than others. Forget ‘humanitarian crisis’ and focus on the reality, they used the crisis for political gain, the outcome of their shallow hollow politics was the Paris Attacks and Cologne, among a host of other events of varying degrees of seriousness and criminality.
Should defence ministers who met in Brussels deploy warships?

Yes, how this action wasn’t arrived at earlier is a scandal, and it shows that in terms of European security there is a serious gap not just in recognising that action is needed but also in decision making time. Someone will have to come up with an idea for a working group in various intelligence agencies to red flag when action is necessary. The amount of time that this issue has spent just ‘hanging in the air’ is an apt lesson in failure to plan.

Nato secretary general Jens Stoltenberg trying to make action sound all warm and cuddly said members 'see the need to manage and to tackle the human tragedy' caused by the migrant crisis.

He added:

'I think we will take very seriously the request from Turkey and other allies to look into what Nato can do to help them cope and deal with the crisis and all the challenges they face, not least in Turkey.'

Obviously Stoltenberg needs to be informed that we are in a post cuddly landscape, where national security concerns come to the fore, yes, we need to deal with the humanitarian aspects of the crisis such as camps established outside Europe for people to be processed and assisted.

Germany and Turkey put forward the appeal for military intervention after Merkel met the Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Turkey has 80,000 people parked on the other side of their border want to transit through their country. Something which represents a national security threat in Turkey, consider the issue of the Kurds and the ongoing border troubles in the region, they have legitimate concerns.

You maybe surprised by the U turn by Angela Merkel, it is quite simply, massive bad press personally for her, violence breaking out in Germany, rise of the far right, and her intelligence agency telling her that terrorism is going to rise. We have seen Paris, but we will see other cities in Germany being targeted, it isn’t just about stopping the influx of migrants, it is about rounding up migrants who are in terrorist cells in Germany.

Angela Merkel crossed a line in Germany which may fatally be the end of her career; she must tackle the internal threat and remove it whether it is hard line Jihadis or the violent sex criminals, failure to act will see ordinary Germans taking matters into their own hands as they did recently with a massive brawl when a young German woman was sexually assaulted. The far right in Germany is rising; something which has not gone un-noticed within Germany and outside it, gun sales have gone through the roof, and you can’t have missed a Swiss General urging people to arm themselves, I don’t think he has target practice in mind.

Any new security plan for the Med will have to include new joint civil and military facilities while the remit of the new EU Border Force is worked out, and also what assets can be drawn on by NATO to service the search grid in the Med. This of course will have to be done in parallel with blocking off land routes. Although the idea of ‘Fortress Europe’ maybe uncomfortable in the minds of some people, but there are few options available to stem the tide, there is only hard choices and no soft options, national security needs to be maintain if people want a safe and secure EU. We cannot operate the Schengen agreement of free movement while the external borders are porous.

When you don’t deal with a problem in a timeous matter, it snowballs, some people are overwhelmed by the scale of the migrant crisis as being too difficult a task to tackle, and predictions of the European Union being doomed are rife. The EU can be saved or it can fall, Angela Merkel changed because she was looking into the abyss, the full horror of what she did has sunk, and now she is acting because her political survival is at stake.

We might still be looking at a post Merkel Germany in the near future, so she better wise up and listen to her intelligence people because matters need dealt with immediately.

The mood in Europe is refugees are not welcome.

‘Your granny is going to have to die’: Unpopular Nicola Sturgeon says the underfunded and understaffed Scottish NHS is going to have to suffer ‘hard decisions’ as she makes a speech outlining a few more gimmicks, one treatment unavailable on the NHS is to Nicola Sturgeon likeable and caring, that trick couldn’t even be pulled off in her own party

Dear All

My friend recently had to have his auntie admitted to the ‘Southern General’ hospital in Glasgow, as you know due to serious health concerns; I have ended up in hospital myself over the last couple of years, living under the threat of cancer. My friend went to the hospital with his auntie and found that the A&E department is in chaos down at the ‘Southern’.

Too many people are coming in and there isn’t enough space or personnel to provide the service we expect from the NHS. This isn’t the fault of the health service; this is the fault of unpopular Nicola Sturgeon.

Nicola Sturgeon effectively didn’t manage the service properly as Health Sec; we however were treated to press release after press release as the SNP crafted a false image that Nicola was doing the job.

The truth is that like other SNP Ministers, Sturgeon wasn’t up to the job; she bailed when the cracks in the service were about to spill out into the public domain, but she had by that time mismanaged the service for seven years. The SNP in the two years between ‘2012 to 2014’ they left the service rudderless like the other departments of government while they ran off to chase independence.

The SNP are a party of protest, they are not a party of government; their record bears this out. Let’s look at another issue, crime; do you remember the SNP screaming that corroboration needed to be scrapped to improve rape convictions?

Remember, women in danger, it’s an outrage and a botched series of measures to stop human rights activists, judges and lawyers from complaining. As we know, the scrapping of corroboration was all about winning the women’s vote, the SNP used corroboration as a ‘gimmick’ to further their own ends, they didn’t give a toss about protecting women.

Like all SNP, party of ‘protest’ gimmicks, it was a despicable con trick, women were seen as mugs; another example of how women were duped was the crap by Sturgeon to get more women into power.

More women into power means the SNP Cult members approved by Sturgeon such as handing her ‘pal’ Shona Robison, the health Sec portfolio, a brief that she is clearly out of her depth. The ‘branding’ which overarched that particular con trick was ‘SNP women will get things done’.

We have seen what SNP women have been ‘getting things done’ SNP MP’s Michelle Thomson and Natalie McGarry being two examples.

Now, it seems that Nicola Sturgeon is ready to take ‘tough decisions’ on healthcare, I imagine that means ‘kill your granny’, longer waiting times and incompetence. Sturgeon is aid to be making a pledge to ensure health and care services in Scotland are fit for the future.

This is just talk, among the new ideas are more sustainable workforce, increase in student numbers at medical schools, greater access to medical education and maximising the contribution nurses can make. In case you are bamboozled by these steps, it can be summed up as talking out her ass.

She is also going to waffle on about advances in technology that “present challenges and opportunities that the founders of the NHS could scarcely have imagined. Basically this is to make out she knows what she is talking about, but what is Nicola Sturgeon’s medical experience?

Nothing, she might not even hold a first aid certificate, but she and the SNP try to present her like they did with Salmond as the fount of all knowledge. Nicola Sturgeon’s track record in politics serving the people is one of failure. Would you trust her to ‘save your granny’ when she cannot get her own MSP area sorted out from being a ghetto?

Sturgeon added:

“As First Minister, I am determined that we take the decisions - including the tough decisions - that will ensure that our health and care services are fit for the future. For all the complexity involved in delivering modern health and care services, the basic argument I’m going to make is actually a very simple one. It’s this - care should always be delivered as locally as possible. In fact, when possible, it should be delivered at home. That’s not a new idea but it is even more important now than it has been in previous decades. As more people live for longer, we need to support them to live as independently and healthily as possible. So, I want to talk about some of the fundamental changes and reforms that we’re making to health and care services which will help us to achieve that aim.”

As a patient in hospital I was repeatedly told how bad things were under the Scottish National Party Government.

Here is a lie worth repeating from Sturgeon, reforms currently being implemented in health and care services “will benefit everyone in Scotland”.

In panto; the audience always shout back; ‘oh no you won’t!’

Nicola Sturgeon talks about an improved successful health service when in fact the service is understaffed and underfunded, then she and her cohorts crow about ‘how good they are with Scotland’s finances’, but people don’t get to see the human price, people waiting too long for treatment dying or suffering more than they should be.

My operation was carried out with the time limit laid down and I am not the only one as figures are ‘fiddled’ by shifting the dates about when you are trying to get on a list.

Nicola Sturgeon is a horrible nasty vile petty individual who the party has countless times try to rebrand as likeable and caring, she isn’t, and she never was, she never did what needed to be done as Health Sec.

But don’t take my word for it; let’s look back at what those in the SNP were saying.

‘Operation Human being’, was just another gimmick to present a false image to the public, when you see Nicola Sturgeon dropping the mask and being angry, that is the real Nicola Sturgeon.

Scottish voters hyped on the indy drug have failed to see through her, but I do, I see right through her fake personality of appearing ‘caring’, and it is time the rest of Scotland went ‘cold turkey’ on this nasty vile horrible women, one thing for sure, she can get treatment for her condition on the NHS!

EU Migrant Crisis: Austrian chancellor Werner Faymann was very quick to condemn Hungarian PM Viktor Orban's treatment of the refugees, now he does a U turn and demands every migrant picked up is dumped into Turkey, Europe’s attitude is hardening, refugees are now not welcome

Dear All

If you have followed the migrant crisis in Europe, you will have seen how the badly informed policy of Angela Merkel saying refugees are welcome has gone full circle to refugees are not welcome.

At the start of the crisis, the country which impressed me most was Hungary, it seemed that the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban understood right from the start that the breaching of European borders wasn’t just a bad idea but there would be serious consequences for doing so.

The Paris attacks rightly shocked everyone, innocent people killed and harmed by Islamic terrorists, then in Germany, the Cologne sex attacks by migrants, two big stories, but just two stories in an ocean of stories of murder, rape, robbery and violence.

We learned something significant about the political class after the invasion of Europe, we learned that they were slow to recognise their political stupidity, we learned they were slow to act, we learned they were suppressing the truth and free speech in the media, and we learned they didn’t have the political will to act to protect the communities of Europe.

German chancellor Angela Merkel has damaged the European project beyond belief; she has also created ill will towards her personally by her actions to bully other EU members to accept a quota by use of threat. Not surprisingly after events which have made into the public domain, some EU leaders decided not to accept migrants. In Europe, a proposal of an inner Schengen free travel area was floated but this will fail, why because it is too late for that, Islamic terrorists are already here.

You may remember my ideas to help save Europe:

1/ EU Border Force

2/ EU internal immigration policy for EU citizens

3/ intervention and mobilisation of the military in member states

4/ New EU wide ID card scheme

5/ No non EU economic migrant processed from this crisis and allowed to remain within an EU country which has accept them can travel to any other EU member state. Everyone should be completely documented, if a breach occurred; the person or group will be returned to the EU country they were settled and registered in.

All are needed and necessary, also people talk about the need to ‘police’ the Med to turn back migrant boats, which is why I suggested that a joint civilian and military force was needed, and for speed, NATO was the ideal umbrella organisation for this exercise since they have experience of joint military operations.

The press must take some of the blame for the extraordinary length of time it has taken for politicians to change and act after getting it wrong. Like most people, I saw the picture of the little dead boy washed up on a beach; who couldn’t help but be moved by this, his life was cruelly robbed from him. Also, the press sat on the stories of criminality involving migrants; this was to create a false image that the migrants were mostly women and children when in fact the majority are healthy young men. In one video, I watched a man using a screaming child as a ‘shield’ during a riot as migrants tried to storm a barrier by Police, he carried the child at chest height, a deliberate act.

He endangered the life of this little girl, because the migrants were rioting hurdling missiles at the police to break through the security corridor. They couldn’t act to save her, law and order had broken down, just in the same way that law and order had broke down in Cologne and countless other places across Europe. When parts of society break down like, it doesn’t just affect the people involved, it affects everyone; this is why I suggested that there was a need for the military to be involved right from the start. Police should be re-deployed from border duties to cities, although additional military units should be made available for them to draw on.

Things have changed in Europe, so much so that the politicians faced with angry citizens have now realised that their positions are now under direct threat, the rise of the far right has acted as a catalyst to spur on politicians to act in the common good, something they should have done from the start.

How much have they changed?

'Send them all back': this isn’t just a rallying cry from Austrian chancellor Werner Faymann, it is a sense of the new reality dawning in Europe among the political class that something major is needed. The Austrian chancellor is demanding that the EU border patrols return every migrant picked up trying to reach Greece to Turkey. The Turkish people have also hardened their stance on their borders to stop refugees flooding into their country from Syria.

And you can be sure this isn’t being left to the Police as a civil matter, it is a matter of national security, something which some European politicians shamefully chose to ignore.

Although Chancellor Werner Faymann wants all refugees sent back to Turkey, that isn’t enough, and Angela Merkel visiting Turkey to speak to the Turkish PM for talks on reducing refugee influx is the wrong person to do so. Through-out the crisis she has singly failed to grasp the dire consequences of her actions, with Merkel it isn’t a question of losing faith more an issue that you cannot put faith in her at all.

Faymann’s idea of ‘sending them back’ however isn’t as straight forward as it seems, this is because Turkey would effectively have to sent up camps to house the migrants, something which they will be reluctant to do due to the volume of numbers. It could be a scenario that migrants pass straight from one border to another and are deposited or dumped back into Syria. And we should remember that not all migrants are actually Syrian, some reports put that number at 30% of the total volume heading into Europe.
So, let be real, it is easier to stop a rolling stone at the top of the hill rather than half way down it, this is why stopping the influx at source is so important. The West should be in discussion with the Syrian Government for the return of their citizens back home. The obvious hiccup is that the West has acted rather badly on Syria in the past, so we need someone or organisation that is acceptable to the Assad regime.

In politics, it is not unknown for a politician to get it spectacular wrong, the Chancellor of Austria Werner Faymann is one such individual. He now has had his ‘Road to Damascus’, at the start of the migrant, he jumped on the ‘bandwagon’ to criticise the actions of the Hungarians by saying Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's treatment of the refugees was similar to the deportation of Jews to Nazi death camps.

He also said:

“Sticking refugees in trains and sending them somewhere completely different to where they think they're going reminds us of the darkest chapter of our continent's history”.

Where is Werner Faymann now, he is wanting to ship off migrants, presumably in trains to somewhere completely different, unless of course he decides to do a ‘Bataan death march’, no, he will probably use trains.

In her weekly broadcast to the German people, Angela Merkel said:

“We must be prepared to take in quotas of refugees legally and bear our part of the task. I don't think Europe can keep itself completely out of this.”

Maybe she should take the time to visit the mother of the 10 year old boy who was violently raped in a swimming pool in Austria, apparently the Iraqi man said in his defence that it was a ‘sexual emergency’. The mother of the boy raped by an Iraqi migrant said she regrets teaching her children to be welcoming to migrants, and she is a migrant who came to Austria from Serbia. The little boy had to be hospitalised after the attack suffered serious injuries, his mother said her son has been crying himself to sleep every night since the attack.

His mother added:

“I know that the physical wounds will heal, but the wounds to his soul may never heal. I don't want the man to be deported; I want him to be jailed because I have heard what they do to child sex attackers in jail. I want him to experience everything in jail that child sex attackers can experience from the other convicts. And then I want him deported.”

When you have the wrong people in political office making bad decisions, the consequences can be devastating, little Goran ended up being violently raped because politicians wanted to show they were ‘caring’ for their political advantage. To them it was just another tactic to garner support among the electorate; Angela Merkel has a lot to answer for in my opinion, her actions border on criminal negligence in public office.

SNP ‘Civic Nationalism’ exposed: 'Get the Pakis out of the party': SNP councillor Julie McAnulty at the centre of second race row, the SNP infighting resurfaces again proving the party has become a ‘rat ship’ under the leadership of Nicola Sturgeon, playing the ‘race card’ is becoming rather common in the ‘civic nationalist’ movement

Dear All

SNP member Sheena McCulloch has made a complaint it appears about Julie McAnulty who represents the Coatbridge North and Glenboig ward at North Lanarkshire Council. The allegation is that the SNP councillor she used racist language in a conversation with her.

Julie McAnulty has been selected by the Scottish National Party to be an SNP candidate for the Scottish Parliament elections in 2006.

One of the ways that the SNP like to get rid of people is to smear them and label, a favourite tactic in the party is to simply call someone a racist, or use the race card. In 2014, Alex Salmond and Tasmina Ahmed-Shiekh both played the race card during the European elections when it became clear that Ukip stood a chance of winning a seat.

Tasmina Ahmed-Shiekh, an English woman has a habit of playing the race card, she was a former Conservative candidate in Govan, but as she left the party on the way out the door decided to throw the charge of racist at the Scottish Conservatives.

As I have remarked before, I don’t see the Scottish Conservatives as racist and the ‘label’ by Tasmina Ahmed-Shiekh didn’t stick.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1343298/Defector-to-SNP-is-political-butterfly.html

Tasmina Ahmed-Shiekh is close to Nicola Sturgeon.

Other people in the SNP have used the racist tag beyond Salmond and Ahmed-Shiehk, the wife of Muslim list SNP MSP Humza Yousaf used it in objecting to be stopped and questioned at Glasgow Airport.

Gail Lythgoe, an English woman claimed the security checks were a ‘tad racist’, it seems that if you do your job, Lythgoe feels it is acceptable to smear people, and as we know Lythgoe has a history of smearing, she tried to organise a hate mob against the former Labour MP Ian Davidson, lucky for her, she was caught when the email surfaced in the press.

Gail Lythgoe is close to Nicola Sturgeon.

Things got so bad that a Herald blogger called Hamira Khan accused those "playing the race card" of deliberately creating fear and tension between communities.

In the story above, it seems that Muslim List MSP Humza Yousaf and Aamer Anwar set up a new Independent Advisory Group, that group managed to rope in Kenny MacAskill to an effectively Asians only meeting in Glasgow to discuss the ‘problem’. Of course Asians aren’t the only people being stopped and questioned when coming to or leaving the UK, it happens to every one of all races and religions.

The question to Muslim list MSP Humza Yousaf who allegedly claims to stand for equality, fairness and social justice is why were there so few people from other ethnic communities at this event?

It isn’t any surprise to me that the practice of calling people ‘racist’ has filtered down to the rank and file members.

It almost seems like there is a ‘playbook’ used by the SNP to twist people‘s words, smear them and attempt to destroy a person’s reputation.

And the SNP leadership has a habit of doing nothing about it, and we are talking about Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon.

The SNP has been described as the Scottish Nasty Party in the press, but it is much more than that, it is a cult, a party within a party.

Sheena McCulloch allegedly said:

“On the journey back Julie was asking me about the trouble and in fighting in the Bellshill branch and asked for my view on the trouble in Coatbridge. During this discussion Julie made a comment which I found to be unacceptable. She asked if I agreed with her that it was in her words the ‘Pakis’ that were causing the problems locally and that we needed to get rid of them out of the party”.

She added:

“I outlined immediately that I was not happy with her comment as I know and respect many Muslim members locally. I informed her that what she said was unacceptable and that I considered many of the people she was referring to as friends. For the remainder of the journey she did not speak to me. Ever since this day Julie has ignored me and refused to speak to me.”

I look forward to Sheena McCulloch producing concrete evidence of her claim such as an audio recording or other tangible proof like a third party witness. If she is unable to provide such evidence then she will leave herself open to a defamation suit.

Given that Julie McAnulty has been selected by the Scottish National Party to be an SNP candidate for the Scottish Parliament elections in 2006, one would assume that she has now been suspended from the party and has lost her candidacy.

If Julie McAnulty isn’t suspended, I assume she is within her rights to ask for an SNP investigation into SNP member Sheena McCulloch who would have to provide evidence of her claims to a party hearing, if she didn’t have any proof, then the SNP would have to discipline her, and I would expect that to mean expelled. If she isn’t expelled then that would suggest to some that smearing members is a party approved function of the Scottish National Party and supported by the SNP leadership.

In other words, you can’t have it both ways, someone has to be expelled; either it is SNP Councillor Julie McAnulty or 40 year membership holder Sheena McCulloch.

The SNP said:

“The SNP takes a zero tolerance approach to racism in any form. We have received Ms McCulloch’s complaint and are examining the claims she makes.”

During my time as an SNP member, I watched as Humza Yousaf’s SNP Office Manager Shona McAlpine who wasn’t a member of the Pollok SNP branch smeared an Asian man at a selection meeting, the other candidates for Ward 4 were all white. What is also interesting about this event was the now SNP MP Chris Stephens and four people who went on to be SNP Council Candidates in 2012 all sat there and said nothing to stop McAlpine smearing the man.

I have covered this event on my blog in previous posts.

The Asian man has since left the SNP, this incident was reported to SNP HQ and there was no investigation, not even the now Pakistani born Asian Councillor Shab Jaffri spoke up to defend the Asian man.

The SNP say that they take a ‘zero tolerance approach to racism in any form’, during the Scottish independence of 2014, the SNP were said by some to have conducted an ‘anti English’ campaign.

Perhaps the SNP don’t know what racism actually is but they do know what smearing innocent people is all about, and they have had a massive history of doing it to draw on.

I don’t know SNP Councillor Julie McAnulty but allegation doesn’t equal guilt, and unless there is concrete evidence to back up Sheena McCulloch’s complaint then McAnulty should continue on her candidacy for Holyrood. However, she doesn’t have to just watch her political opponents; she also has to watch the SNP members from stabbing her in the back.

You can expect more ‘racism’ rows to appear in the Scottish National Party, this is my predication.
