7 hours in January, David Miliband shows the Labour Party and the Country, he is a bottler

Dear All

7 hours in January!

That is the length of time it took David Miliband to issue his lukewarm statement of ‘support’ for Gordon Brown.

And when it came it was like a limp wet lettuce.

Miliband said;

"I am working closely with the Prime Minister on foreign policy issues and support the re-election campaign for a Labour Government that he is leading."

That is not support by any means whatsoever.

Now the dust has settled and Brown is still in power, Miliband was forced to offer unequivocal backing to the inept Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

The lack of support was noticed by the herd of Cabinet Ministers, the little ducks all lined up to condemn him in private for his act of treachery.

In trying to disguise the contempt Miliband has for Brown hanging on his friends put the blame on the Prince of Darkness Peter Mandelson comment for ministers to not to "overreact".

That fools no one, the Cabinet of the talentless is now spilt, we have the ‘fearless five’ which appears to have expanded to six.

The coup of the plotters is going away and their ranks can only swell as the polls drop further for the Labour Party.

When people’s jobs, career and pension are on the line, the madness is spill over again.

What was funny yesterday was protracted spectacle of Cabinet ministers emerging during the course of the afternoon to offer the only lukewarm backing for Brown’s leadership.

For Miliband; he flunked it again, his sitting on the fence shows that he doesn’t have what it takes to be a leader; even his henchmen don’t have the stomach for a fight.

7 hours in January shows David Miliband for what he is, a bottler!

Yours sincerely
