Wendy Alexander to quit Scots parliament at election citing family reasons, vote of no confidence in ‘East Coast Weasel’ Iain Gray and Labour Party

Dear All

Shock, horror and bad news for the Labour MSP Group under Iain Gray, Wendy Alexander is to quit Scots parliament at the election.

As the clock ticks down to May 5th Wendy Alexander has decided not to stand as an MSP in May, citing family reasons.

Which probably means that she in the near future will have a job lined up somewhere.

Her time at Holyrood as Labour leader was mired in scandal and despite being painted as the saviour of Scottish Labour; she proved she was no leader of men.

The legacy of the Glasgow University product is one of massive failure.

What finally killed her political career stone dead was the donations scandal, she has limped on sitting on the back benches like a howling wounded animal.

Sidelined by the 'East Coast Weasel' Iain Gray, who in his first major reshuffle of his front bench team didn’t find a place for her!

She took to sitting in a leisure club in the west end of Glasgow during part of the working week alone.

A sad lonely figure!

Alexander once sat down beside me on a 44 bus, pulled out her phone and spoke down the line like the other person was deaf, I moved to another part of the bus.

Her disgraceful conduct on the Scotland Bill Committee against two academics was the cherry on the top of the cake.

There will be the usual ‘sorry to see you go’ from political leaders and politicians but the truth, someone else will take her place.

She maybe going from Holyrood but not from public life, people like Wendy Alexander think they are too important, she will be back.

I remember Wendy Alexander from my time at the human rights abusing Glasgow University; she got ‘kit kat’ banned.

Even back then she was up her own arse, my impression, a horrible individual to avoid at all costs.

Yours sincerely
