I work in the Scottish NHS in stats and can tell you that there are hit squads being rolled out to all hospitals soon, one already in Royal Alexandria. They've said that there are now improvements showing but it seems the figures are not showing it in our dept for February either. The alarm was sounded on December and January figures.

Anyone can do this, I am self taught.
Takes a bit of time to get the knack but educational videos are all out there on places such as youtube.
