How can a serving violent murderer bypass the Independent Safeguarding Authority and work with children, it is a sham

Dear All

The Independent Safeguarding Authority was set up so we were told to keep dangerous people away from children and vulnerable people.

That was the lie that was fed to us.

So, how come one of Scotland's most notorious murderers, Jason Campbell is allowed to serve food to children at a charity project?

He is still a serving prisoner for the brutal murder of Mark Scott.

Mark Scott was murdered by Jason Campbell for coming home from a Celtic football match, just walking along the road minding his own business.

Campbell simply ran up behind Mark Scott, who was wearing a Celtic top, screamed;

"Ya Fenian b******" and slashed his throat.

And now is working beside children?????

I continually state that we are living in a corrupt country; this episode shows that the Independent Safeguarding Authority and the CRB checks are simply a sham, a mechanism of state that doesn’t work.

If it did, Campbell wouldn’t have received that placement.

I am every much all for people getting second chances but fundamental questions arises.

Why is it acceptable that a serving violent murderer can be allowed out of prison to work with children, but if he was released, he would never have passed either the Independent Safeguarding Authority or the CRB Check to get that type of job?

This leads me to ask what the purpose of the Independent Safeguarding Authority is and CRB check, could it be a mechanism to deny people opportunities, legally?

Yours sincerely
