SNP MP BOSWELL FAILS TO PUBLISH ACCOUNTS
SNP MP Boswell is facing a substantial fine for failing to submit accounts for a company of which he is the sole director. He also failed to declare his directorship of the company in the register of members' interests.
Boswell has also been accused of hypocrisy for using a tax avoidance scheme but then campaigning against the practice.
