Labour Councillor of shame William O’Rourke sacked for rape remark makes move to overturn decision, he wants his ‘earners’ back

Dear All

He’s back!

Labour Councillor of shame William O’Rourke has surfaced at the City Chambers.

And sitting at his usual place in the canteen at the City Chambers with the Labour Party Mafia paying homage!

He’s back for his ‘earners’ which Gordon ‘free dinners’ Matheson took off him and may use the law to try and overturn a decision to sack him from several political posts.

He was sacked for remarks he made about a nine-year-old alleged rape victim.

The general jist from him was ‘she was asking for it’.

Willie O’Rourke, 72, is understood to be claiming Glasgow City Council leader Gordon Matheson had no remit to investigate him.

Also the process leading to his suspension has been compromised because of Matheson.

It looks like O’Rourke wants the case tossed out on a technicality.

That didn’t work for Jim Devine, Eric Morley, Eric Illsley or David Chaytor, circumvention.

Apparently there is a lot of unhappy Labour Councillors of shame who are near to mutiny that a member of the Glasgow Labour Mafia has lost ‘earners’.

Labour councillors don’t like the way their party and leadership have handled the affair.

Several councillors have accused Mr Matheson and the authority’s chief executive, George Black, of “throwing Willie to the wolves” at a meeting of the Labour group this week.

Do these Labour Councillors of shame support his comments on rape?

As well as claims of unhappiness, the Labour Councillors of shame have claimed that there are double standards operating within the party. They say the Party affords protection to MPs and MSPs whose behaviour falls short.

Seems that by default there is more rottenness in the wings being covered up!

The main gripe from the Labour Councillors of shame is that they believe the suspension was politically motivated.

Gordon ‘free dinners’ Matheson is on a sticky wicket, he needs all the allies he can get as his leadership is seen by commentators as weak.

One administration source said:

“We’ve got to separate what Willie said and how it was handled. We need to put emotion to the side and look at what happened when this information fell into the hands of senior people in here.”

Note the admin source uses ‘Willie’ to describe O’Rourke.

It maybe that Labour Councillor of shame William O’Rourke who saw his pay packet dive by 50% will get reinstated on a technicality.

‘She was asking for it.’

9 year old alleged rape victim!

O’Rourke is a class act.

Yours sincerely
