The real Glaswegian working class voice in the independence debate read by thousands, the BBC and other related media, secured the first criminal conviction against one of the seven top cybernats outed by the Daily Mail

The Pitiful fool of ‘Civic’ Nationalism Alex Salmond raises prospect of Tony Blair being tried for war crimes in Scottish courts, one small problem, Professor Robert Black QC says; I have to say, I'm having difficulty trying to figure out what the charges under Scots or English law would be”, and Black knows what he is talking about regarding law
Dear All
It seems that Scotland’s ‘jolly fat man’ Alex Salmond has popped out of his hole to be a ‘sage’ but sadly he isn’t, his carry on is more like a saga of embittered personal defeat.
2014, Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon lost the Scottish Independence Referendum.
A campaign based on lies, deceit and cyber thuggery.
Now, yesterday’s man is back with on-going attempt to try Tony Blair being for war crimes in Scottish courts.
According to the the ‘Fat man’, he says that Blair faces a “judicial or political reckoning”, that isn’t happening now or in the future.
Blair’s conduct in the Middle East ‘Crusades’ was a disgrace; which is a damning indictment of his style of ‘sofa’ government. The Labour Party as a movement suffered by the decision of one man hell bent on climbing into George W Bush’s bed, Blair was Bush’s poodle.
Salmond is staking a lot on the Chilcot Inquiry to provide a smoking gun of evidence, clearly he doesn’t understand how inquires work, if there was something to find, it would have been shredded before any inquiry.
The eagerly-awaited publication of the £10 million, 2.6m word report won’t be the nirvana for Alex Salmond to gloat over, so he is having to ‘milk’ it on the run by be saying he and other MPs believed evidence existed for "action to be taken" against Mr Blair.
This is much like an Eddie the Eagle moment, ‘look mum I am on TV’.
After shouting his mouth off, the let down for the mob, he acknowledged that this would be difficult because the “most obvious crime” with which the former Labour leader could be charged was one of organising a "war of aggression" not covered by the International Criminal Court.
As to trying a retrospective case, in other words doing something legal then which is illegal now, onto plums.
In trying Blair in Scotland, Salmond said:
“The domestic courts, at least in England have chosen not to pursue crimes which were international. Incidentally, that has not been tested in Scotland."
As if, even unpopular Nicola Sturgeon isn’t dumb enough to go that route, she isn’t interested in fight old battles from 2004 by Salmond.
Salmond added:
"One way or another, there are many MPs across the political parties, who are absolutely determined, that account has to be held to. You cannot have a situation where this country blunders into an illegal war with the appalling consequences and at the end of the day there isn't a reckoning. There has to be a judicial or political reckoning for it."
The key word in this loser’s diatribe is ‘illegal’, who appointed Salmond, judge and jury.
Alex Salmond is yesterday’s man, he is spending his time as SNP’s foreign affairs spokesman making a fool of himself; he should be working on prep for his retirement, instead of being the grand old statesman (which he isn’t and never was) he fades into obscurity as a troublemaking arse!
Professor Robert Black QC, one of Scotland’s foremost advocates said:
“Since Tony Blair's actions over Iraq were taken while he was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, it is certainly the case that, if he committed any criminal offences, Scottish courts just as much as English courts would have jurisdiction to try him”.
He added:
“But I have to say, I'm having difficulty trying to figure out what the charges under Scots or English law would be”.
One of Scotland’s foremost advocates has difficulty?
The difficulty is how do you turn something which is legal into something which is illegal and then overcome the second problem of retrospective justice.
Alex Salmond scourging around the political trough for some nourishment to be relevant in a modern world, maybe he could take more interest in his constituency instead of acting like a prima donna, and get off his fat arse!
Yours sincerely
