Scottish independence: Alex Salmond tries to bring Braveheart centre stage into indy campaign while rumours of unpopular Nicola Sturgeon planning a ‘coup’ after No vote, Scots woman delivers damning verdict on Sturgeon, “‘she looks like a guy in drag’!

Dear All

As we hit the 30 day mark to the end of Scotland’s ‘jolly fat man’ Alex Salmond political career with an historic No Vote against his poisonous independence bid, people are starting to think about the post Salmond lunar landscape in Scotland.

It is doubtful that Alex Salmond will step down and there will be no doubt a pathetic attempt at ‘unity’ not just within the Scottish National Party but also within the political elite.

That will be a dog and pony show amusing to watch to see people who obviously don’t like each other go through a dreadful routine of hugging and kissing each other. Presumably this will be done at the ‘Allison Hunter Training School’ for people who are up themselves!

If you want to see why unity isn’t possible; then check out Jim Murphy 100 Days tour event on youtube by clicking on the youtube link to see why this isn’t possible.

The Yes Campaign sent a hate mob to cause trouble as he tried to engage with ordinary voters, the numbers were about 10 to 15. A classic example of democracy is in danger if there is Yes vote on the 18th September.

Alex Salmond and unpopular Nicola Sturgeon have run an inept campaign populated by idiots. Applications to run the Alex Salmond Party within the SNP open on 19th September.

Working class Scots need not apply.

One of the lead contenders will be unpopular Sturgeon who failed to deliver the women’s vote.

Anyway before I continue, a little story, last night I bumped into a woman I know and we ended up chatting about the referendum and Ms. Sturgeon’s name came up. The subject then turn to the issue of clothes, I am not in any sense having an eye for fashion.

The woman mentioned to me that she had seen Ms. Sturgeon in a red dress to which her comment was that ‘she looked like a guy in drag’!

Ms. Sturgeon doesn’t appear to wear clothes well; on ‘white paper’ day I mentioned how she was wearing a ridiculous coat which made her look like a Pirate, my first thought on seeing her at Holyrood was why is she wearing fancy dress?

In a post I wrote about that day, I dubbed it the ‘coat of destiny’ which was sarcasm for the flop the event turned out to be. Then there was some discussion on why Ms. Sturgeon’s hair never changes or gets any longer or why it never appears to move!

I could never wear a wig myself; the awfulness of being called ‘wiggy’ would be too much. And how long would it be before someone adapted the Jermaine Stewart song; “we don’t have to take our clothes off” and substitute it with ‘wig’ as they sing in the corridors, “we don’t have to take our wig off to have good time” to the tune at Holyrood?

It is rumoured that unpopular Nicola Sturgeon will launch a bid to oust Alex Salmond “within days” of a No vote in the referendum. I have to say I find that hard to believe, Ms Sturgeon isn’t likeable and she and Salmond are tied to the hip regarding the coming failure to deliver. So, I wonder how a former SNP MSP can predict that Sturgeon who has no power base, failed as Health Sec, failed as the ‘face of independence’ is somehow the heir apparent.

To suggest that there will be an immediate “dogfight” for control of the country and the party doesn’t make any sense, Sturgeon can simply wait Salmond out, the worst the defeat the better her chances are that Salmond will jump. As Salmond likes luxury, he might decide to hang on and do a Blair/Brown pact with Sturgeon depending on the outcome of the 2016 election, stepping down in 2018 to the backbenches.

Alex Salmond is a poor leader, part of leadership is to know when to step aside, and he effectively runs a ‘gang’ which is based on the ‘cult of personality’ as used by dictators and despots. He doesn’t get it when it comes to leadership and that trickles down the ranks which makes the SNP just a rabble.

To try and survive the defeat, Salmond will now attempt to make up lost ground in the independence debate by setting out his own Declaration of Arbroath.

Braveheart which was officially abandoned is making a comeback to trick the gullible.

The idea is to make a personal comparison with Robert the Bruce, the legendary medieval king.

Clearly Alex Salmond as some people say has “taken leave of his senses” which is code for gone ‘bonkers’.

Following a Cabinet meeting in the ancient Angus town, Salmond will visit Arbroath Abbey to be hit by a bolt of inspiration from God. Arbroath Abbey is the birthplace of the document which proclaimed Scotland’s independence to the world.

This is a simple minded exhibition of symbolism which will do nothing to enhance him or the Scottish independence campaign. It is a stupid ill judged student politics stunt.

So, Salmond goes and views a copy of the copy of the original 1320 letter; then as if by magic, he will whip out his own “Declaration of Opportunity”.

What a clown!

In the “Declaration of Opportunity”, he will no doubt look to the heavens as he reads the three key benefits from breaking up Britain.

They are:

Protecting the NHS “forever from Westminster privatisation and cuts”

Ending the “unfairness which has seen a huge rise in the use of food banks in a land of plenty”

Allowing young people to stay in Scotland and build their future here, thanks to a “strong economy, a just society and a good quality of life for all”

As a proud Scot, I turn to an Englishman called David Cameron and use a historic quote which he once used at the despatch box:

“Will you fuck off”!

How much more pathetic can Alex Salmond get?

Just recently the Labour leader Johann Lamont was having some fun at the expense of the unpopular Deputy First Minster Nicola Sturgeon by goading Salmond that Sturgeon was behind the orchestrating an attack on his strategy.

Someone found the fag packet then?

Another State secret lost!

Scottish Conservative MSP Alex Johnstone said:

“The SNP ranks have been in meltdown ever since Alex Salmond’s lacklustre TV debate performance. The more hopeless and unlikely their cherished hope for an independent Scotland becomes, the more fractious they get. It seems that, behind the scenes, the SNP are plotting and preparing for their very own Night of the Long Knives.”

The only laughable thing about unpopular Nicola Sturgeon knifing Salmond in the back will be the furious re-writing of history to distance herself from Salmond’s referendum. Have you noticed that Nicola Sturgeon is getting photographed more with kids? The idea is that kids like this ‘fun’ and ‘happy’ person who has suddenly popped up in front of them.

Another gimmick!

Time for a quote I used previously:

“Mummy, the bad woman is here, she is here now”!

  1. Hello George ,what do you think of Salmonds sterlingisation plan .It seems a good way to wreck the economy. The casual way all these different currency options are thrown around, threats to default on debt it is difficult to believe that anyone with an interest in ordinary working class people could suggest this nonsense. The first job of a government if independence was to happen would be to have an emergency budget to introduce a massive austerity programme.

  2. Dear Anon

Just fired up a post on sterlingisation plan, Alex Salmond is economically illiterate and he will make Scotland a banana republic.

    Hope you like it.

Debt default is madness, he is playing games with people homes.

    Yours sincerely
