Scottish independence: Scotland’s unpopular Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon drops the mask of ‘Nicola Cares’ and returns to the angry wee Nat of old; her childish fury is a measure of Cameron’s success, fear and pressure making Nats vent hate

Dear All

The Scottish independence campaign is falling apart, Scotland’s ‘jolly fat man’ Alex Salmond and unpopular Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon are in free fall.

As the campaign draws towards its close, Salmond and Sturgeon still don’t have a narrative that works, their indy plans are bogus rubbish, and they are now trying to change the debate between them and the Scottish public to a contest between Salmond and David Cameron.

In a badly played hand unpopular Nicola Sturgeon accused Cameron of “cowardice” for failing to debate with Salmond.

For sometime Nicola Sturgeon has changed her ‘act’ in public, after years being a vocal angry wee Nat, she did a revamp to try and put across an image of ‘Nicola Cares’.

David Cameron recently gave a speech and chipped in the Olympics to try and create a sense of togetherness and shared values, the Scottish National Party jumped on that and said the speech was a “shameful” bid to use the Olympics for political advantage.

Alex Salmond and wife pulled a political stunt waving the Scottish flag being David Cameron in the Royal box at Wimbledon.

That was preplanned.

So, does the charge by Sturgeon stack up, cowardice?

Well, it doesn’t, it is just an angry wee rant from an angry wee Nat who is unsophisticated, lacking in class and common, but common without the common touch.

The independence debate isn’t between Scotland and England, it is between Salmond and working class Scots.

It always has been.

Sturgeon also promised that SNP ministers would not politicise the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this summer.

Anyone believe that? So many SNP lies have been told to the people of Scotland and to their own working class members by the SNP clique on key issues.

Cameron standing in the Olympic Park in East London has appealed to the people of England, Wales and Northern Ireland to send a message of support to Scotland.

Stay!

He did however preface his speech by saying it was not directed at Scotland.
Aye pull the other one, it has bells on it!

Cameron will be coming to speak north of the border on a number of occasions in the run-up to the vote in September but there won’t be a debate with Salmond and that angers the SNP.

The SNP say Cameron’s refusal is a sign of “jitters” but the truth is the opposite, Cameron is riding the crest of a wave, Salmond and Sturgeon have completely failed to garner support, they can’t buy the vote and they can’t get Scots on their side.

The Prime Minister has repeatedly rejected Alex Salmond’s calls to face him in a set piece debate because there is nothing in it for him and everything to lose.

David Cameron and his team aren’t stupid.

He says the debate is between Salmond and Alistair Darling, leader of the Better Together campaign.

Sturgeon told BBC Radio Scotland:

"Let’s not have a Prime Minister who is happy to deliver speeches in London but doesn’t have the guts to come here to Scotland and make his argument. He knows he is the embodiment of the democratic case for independence. He is a Tory Prime Minister who leads a coalition Government of two parties that came third and fourth in the general election in Scotland.”

Cameron won a UK election, but he had to enter into a coalition to govern.

She added:

“I can absolutely guarantee that neither myself nor Mr Salmond will politicise the Commonwealth Games in the way that David Cameron is politicising the Olympics."

Notice how she doesn’t commit the SNP or Yes Scotland to the same guarantee?

Kezia Dugdale, Labour MSP, said on Twitter that Mr Salmond was “very ratty” in the BBC interview and telling the Prime Minister to “keep his nose out and fix the flooding problems in Somerset” was “not very becoming”.

Salmond is lower middle class who loves himself.

On Twitter, Kenny Farquharson, deputy editor of Scotland on Sunday, said it was a tactical error for Ms Sturgeon to be so aggressive on the "English lovebomb" speech, and suggested she should have “loved the English right backatcha”.

It seems that unpopular Nicola Sturgeon has majorly blundered yet again but this bizarre rant does show Scots that the angry wee Nat of old is still beneath the surface, as this campaign drags on, the more pressure and fear will race through the SNP.

It is time SNP members stood up and ask why the SNP is run for the benefit of a select few, it isn’t a political party anymore.

Salmond and Sturgeon sit at the head of some rather vile nasty cliques, but their day of judgment is coming.

Unpopular Nicola Sturgeon’s childish fury is a measure of Cameron’s success and how she is just petty.

Yours sincerely
