Airwolf descent and turning manouvre - A George Laird Production

Dear All

Here is another cgi clip which I have been working on, the result isn't that bad, but there are still some issues that I need to nail down relating to the model.

Enjoy, I am taking a few days off blogging to study.

This is best played at full screen.

Yours sincerely

Good stuff. What cgi software are you using?

Hi Anon

After Effects CC was the software I used.

To animate the rotors you can do this in the C4D lite which comes with it or use an external 3d plug in which can also do the same job, depends on how much animation you have in the scene.

Thanks for that. Been a camera operator and video editor for best part of 20 years but only basic documentary stuff for the telly. Need to update my skills I think.

The tools for doing the stuff I am interested in have moved so much forward, two website you might be interested in.

Quality stuff and tools.

Youtube is also a great resource, my first port of call as people stick all sorts of tutorials up which you can download to assist in your projects.
