2016 has been a difficult year for many people, but the
winds of change are starting to be felt not just in Scotland
but right across Europe .
Yet again, I stood up for Scotland to support Brexit and won,
another referendum and another referendum where I got it right.
I would like to thank all the people who took the opportunity to drop by the blog to read and comment on the stories posted.
I would also like to thank those who read my stories and decided to post them elsewhere and then linked it to my blog, which means I must be doing something right again.
I would also like to thank the BBC inLondon
for dropping by this year, I do commentating on TV, hint, hint hint especially
since I am not a political candidate for public standing in Ward 3 which is the
Pollok Ward.
And I wanted to thank the print press who also keep rolling by to see the George Laird view on the world.
All in all, it was a good year blogging, I saw many of my predictions onEurope unfolded before my eyes.
See you all next year; the battle for truth will be starting early as will my election campaign.
Yours sincerely

A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you George, and all others who follow this "truthful, honest blog".
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas George.
ReplyDeleteI hope I meet you in the Chambers later on in 2017.
Happy xmas and a good new year to you and your family too. I hope you continue your successful blog in 2017, onwards and upwards as they say and I also hope you continue to be a thorn in the flesh of those who take us all for fools.
