SNP Commando: another of Nicola Sturgeon’s gang is convicted at Hamilton Sheriff Court after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour during the independence referendum, fined £400 but the SNP are keeping him as a member, which section of the public does John Marshall appeal to Nicola?

Dear All

I would to thank all the people who supported me in my recent troubles regarding the cybernat Thomas Ball who pled guilty at his criminal trial at Glasgow Sheriff Court.

Thomas Ball didn’t have the courage to face me in open court; instead he opted to take the coward’s way out.

You might remember on the blog, I talked about how the SNP Cult are at their heart are cowards, they need a group or ‘gang’ behind them to be brave. Time and time again, we have seen and will continue to see what the true face of Scottish nationalism is under Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon.

As I wrote a long time ago, something has gone incredibly wrong with Nationalism in Scotland.

I am and always will be very grateful for the support of the countless people across the political divide who contacted me to inquire if I was okay.

On Twitter, the shock of the Thomas Ball case has reached Bath, one of the other cybernats called Wings over Scotland has taken the time to comment, I am, he says a ‘proper roaster’, this is rather funny when you look at his recent fine for breaking the rules of the Electoral Commission.

Fined £750!

He also added:

“It's weird that the Daily Record and Daily Mail didn't mention that George Laird has now run a poisonously anti-SNP blog for years”.

The truth is poison?

Anyway, he didn’t seem happy.

Through-out the Scottish independence debate, we saw intimidation happen, this came from the Scottish National Party members and their allies.

Who can forget Pier Doughty-Brown who targeted Margaret Curran?

Piers took the time to visit the blog to put up his defence and inform me that he stays inside the law at all times. When I started to ask him questions, he seemed reluctant to answer them.

Now, it has come to light that an SNP member called John Marshall has been fined £400 at Hamilton Sheriff Court in July after admitting to shouting, swearing and uttering a threat to political campaigners last year.

The Nationalists love to utter threats, they love to do intimidation, they love to harass, and they appear to love going to court to pay fines.

Marshall was a security chief for the pro-independence Hope Over Fear which is just a vehicle to try and get Tommy Sheridan back into politics in the shape of a Holyrood seat. Of course, he is entitled to stand for election having served his time in prison, but in Sheridan’s case, he never did that one thing which had to happen.

He never admitted he done wrong!

The public is forgiving, however to seek that forgiveness you have to cough to what you did in the past.

So, John Marshall is fined £400, what is more interesting that that Nicola Sturgeon is willing to have John Marshall as a member.

What is interesting is that like Nicola Sturgeon’s wife beating pal Bill Walker is that he has an interest in air rifles; ‘Commando’ Bill Walker apparently had one during the incidents related in Court before being convicted on 24 charges.

Did the SNP make a mistake in continuing Marshall’s party membership, their excuse is that Marshall wasn’t a member so that’s fine by Nicola’s gang!

Hope Over Fear describes itself as an “apolitical” organisation, but it is widely seen as a front for the political rehabilitation of perjurer Tommy Sheridan, however no air rifles are on display, no tanks, no machine gun nests, no land mines and no anti-tank emplacements are visible.

But you can have your face painted, not commando style but the usual kid’s stuff.

Marshall pled guilty to breaching a section of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.

People plead guilty for a lighter sentence and not to waste the Court’s time.

The SNP ‘investigated’ a complaint against Marshall after his latest conviction but it was not upheld.

A party source:

“The complaint against him has been heard but not upheld, on the grounds that he wasn’t a member of the party at the time of the offence, and so he couldn’t be held responsible under the terms of the party’s code of conduct.”

Scottish Conservative chief whip John Lamont said:

“It’s alarming to learn that John Marshall has been welcomed back into the SNP again, with open arms. He was recently convicted of threatening behaviour during the referendum campaign, which is obviously unacceptable behaviour”.

There is a lot of unacceptable behaviour in Nicola Sturgeon’s gang, one wonders when Nicola Sturgeon will be getting her photo took with John Marshall, Nicola’s a great one for selfies!

Yours sincerely

  1. Keep on rattling their cages George I'm sure they don't like it one bit. As for the clown in Bath he has a cheek but I'm sure he will get his comeuppance one way or another eventually.

  2. Deliciously ironic to see 'Wings' of all people, saying that you have run a 'poisonously anti SNP blog'!

He needs to take a look in the mirror!

The only thing you have done is inform and educate Mr Laird.

As if anyone knows about online 'poison' it's 'Wings'!

  3. Hi Freddy

Given he wasn't involved in my case, I don't know what his problem is, he also called me a 'proper roaster'.

He is a funny little guy.
