The Chiltern Hundreds, is it time that former elected SNP MP Michelle Thomson applied for the Chiltern Hundreds, she secured a £5k cheque from a convicted mortgage fraudster for Business for Scotland, her career is sunk, Nicola Sturgeon is badly damaged, her husband, SNP Chief Executive Peter Murrell has questions to answer, and the Police investigation rolls on, that Camel’s back is broken now!

Dear All

The more the (ex) SNP MP Michelle Thomson story keeps rolling the more ‘goodies’ it is spinning up, as I said previously, this story is too good, it’s too sweet, it's a gold mine.

John Swinney, the SNP Finance Minister said:

Michelle Thomson was a friend of his, I wonder if he regrets saying she is a friend now, she is damaged goods and anyone tagged to her will certainly be less Teflon.

It now transpires that the former SNP MP allegedly secured a £5,000 cheque for Business for Scotland, seen by many as another SNP front organisation from a convicted mortgage fraudster.

Convicted mortgage fraudster!

With friends likes these who needs enemies.

I wonder; at what stage will Michelle Thomson apply for the Chiltern Hundreds.

The Chiltern Hundreds was an ancient administrative area in Buckinghamshire, England, composed of three "hundreds" and lying partially within the Chiltern Hills. "Taking the Chiltern Hundreds" now refers to the legal procedure used to effect resignation from the British House of Commons.

If she decides to take that, it won’t help her in her current problems, but it will create a by-election in Edinburgh West.

So, who is the convicted mortgage fraudster who wants Scottish independence which is rapidly becoming a less noble cause under Nicola Sturgeon?

Jamie Rae, he was previously dubbed up in prison for fifteen months, prison seems mighty popular for people involved in politics, we have seen so many carted off like Tommy Sheridan, the Birdman of Barlinnie; he did a stint in the pokey over the News of the World scandal.

So, the question comes to mind is this, why did Michelle Thomson take a cheque for £5,000 from a convicted mortgage fraudster?

At what point did she think this was a good idea?

And apparently, Thomson had alleged “shared business interests” with Jamie Rae, so other questions come to mind, what were the alleged shared business interests?

Rae said:

“For the record, I can say categorically I have never had any business dealings with Michelle Thomson”

As to Ms Thomson’s email claim about “shared business interests”, he said:

“That is BS [bulls**t]...rubbish. I don’t know why she would write that.”

Yes, that is another question to add to the list for Ms Thomson to reply to, it seems there is a lot of confusion about who did what with whom and where, and incidentally both of these people were in the past elected SNP members to public office.

So, what about Jamie Rae, well it seems that he was a former SNP Councillor who admitted multiple counts of mortgage and housing benefit fraud totalling £133,000.

£133,000 is a lot of money.

Labour MSP Jackie Baillie said:

"This simply raises further questions about who SNP MP Michelle Thomson was associated with. Jamie Rae is a convicted mortgage fraudster. The more we know about this story the more unseemly it becomes."

Quite so ma’am!

Given that Michelle Thomson has 17 houses, I wonder if in the near future she will make a bid for the Chiltern Hundreds which was an ancient administrative area in Buckinghamshire, England, or will the appeal of £74,000 a year for another 4 and a half years be too good to pass up.

One thing is certain, the SNP like to get rid of people who threaten or damage their cult, I don’t see Michelle Thomson coming back, things are bad enough but now it is known she is connected to a convicted mortgage fraudster, this is one straw that would cripple a camel’s back.

Game over Michelle Thomson, time to clean out the locker and move on to life outside politics!

Scotland's senior law officer says police will 'follow the evidence' in the criminal investigation they are running, presumably they won’t have time to stop off for an ice cream from Jamie Rae, he used to be a former ice cream salesman.

Now, finally, what did Nicola Sturgeon’s husband Peter Murrell know? I think it is time that a spotlight should be pointed in his direction until we get answers.

Yours sincerely

  1. In other news Nicola Sturgeon in yet another meida interview for GQ Magazine is tipping Mhairi Black for the future SNP Leadership. An indy scotland with Mhari Black as Prime Minister. That would lead to the biggest mass migration from Scotland in history.

  2. If this does create another by-election then can you actually see anybody other than the SNP winning it?

As grubby as all this business with Thomson is I can only see the SNP benefiting from all this exposure.

  5. Hello George

I agree about the goldmine. Long may it continue. It may not be the only goldmine. Elsewhere, we see that at least one snp msp acknowledges that the candidate selection procedure for the General Election was rushed and dealt with in a less than satisfactory manner. He fears that there will be more where the saintly michelle came from. What he could not admit was that the people doing it must have been typical snp apparatchimps and that the whole exercise would have been conducted in the midst of a feeding frenzy by wannabe candidates desperate to start collecting £74,000 a year plus expenses and willing to lie, cheat, steal, headbutt and blackmail in order to get what they wanted. Taken together, that is a perfect recipe for the kind of insanity in candidate selection which only the snp can achieve. I find it difficult to believe that, out of 56 deadbeats, there won't be several with murky backgrounds. La sturgeon is already in difficulty plausibly denying knowing about Thomson's business dealings. If there are even 2 or 3 more "michelles", sturgeon's continual denials will be more and more damaging.

I keep seeing dark hints about a particularly lively snp conference. It will probably be a damp squib but we can hope.

  6. In June 2015, Michelle Thompson also secured another cheque for £5000 from SNP crony Sandy Adam from Elgin. Sandy Adam is the owner of Springfield Properties. Sandy Adam, as I mentioned earlier is an "SNP crony". Overall, he "donated" £95,210.00 in hard cash to the SNP/YES. In return, he got £8.8 million in housing contracts, a £962.000 Scottish government loan, (taxpayer funded), plus commercial benefit for participation in 2012 mortgage indemnity scheme. Adam also had Scottish government ministers involved with Springfield publicity. Richrd Lochead promoted "Springfield Properties". In April 2015, John Swinney and Nicola Sturgeon launched the SNP general election, Manifesro for Business. It was launched at Springfields Braehead development. Sturgeon and Swinney were dressed in hard hats and hi-vis jackets, bearing the "Springfield branding". It is reckoned that in the 3 years from 2012 to 2015, Sandy Adam/Springfield,,, have made,,, from giving the £95.000 plus investment to the SNP/YES,,, , 92 times the amount donated,, that's £95.000 x 92 = the best part of £8.5 million. All of this, and much more is available to read on FORARGYLL.COM/ SPRINGFIELD The headline reads,, SNP face 2 major smellies in contracts for Party. That other cronie Jennifer Dempsie is als mentioned,,, Angus Robertson's girlfriend.

  8. That's the site George,,
The whole SNP ratship is up to it's neck in this shite. Only a blinkered fool can ignore this disgusting, un-trustworthy SNP and their wealthy, property owning, lying, corrupt Nationalist Toffs. This SNP cronie Sandy Adam/Springfield also won "builder of the year" award in 2015, and "house builder of the year" in 2014,,,, just saying. hmmm.

  10. George, this is from this weeks Sunday Times. The SNP are facing the prospect of an INVESTIGATION by the Electoral Commission, into whether the SNP broke strict spending rules in the independence campaign, as the fallout over the Michelle Thomson case continues. The Electoral Commission, which polices the rules on campaign expenditure, has confirmed it will examine a complaint about the influence of Peter Murrell, the SNP's chief executive, over pro independence group, Business for Scotland, which under fire7 Michelle Thomson led at the time. It has been alleged that Peter Murrell, who is married to SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon, played a "key role" in the Business for Scotland's activities, and the Electoral Commission has be asked to investigate, whether, as a consequence, some of it's spending during the referendum campaign , should have counted against the SNP's allowed budget. If this is the case, then it coud mean that the SNP "broke the law", by spending more than it was permitted. Hmmm. More holes appearing in the ratship George. Have a look at this breaking news story in the Sunday Times.

  11. Have a read of the more cybernat sites and there is barely a whisper of criticism about Thomson. Had she been anything but an SNP MP, they would have called for the wrath of Heaven upon her.

Oh, and wasn't it wonderful to see Sturgeon squirm today. She does not like the questions at all. As one poster put it on the Spectator site, now we know why the SNP want to control the BBC in Scotland.

  12. George,
The fundamental contradictions of a mish-mash of right wing through to left wing political opinions locked into a single issue party together by their prime objective, independence, is finally starting to break up. http://www.scotsman.com/news/uk/snp-facing-first-rebellion-at-westminster-1-3914268#axzz3oFTL866u.

  13. Hi Terry

I would say this, I know Chris Stephens, he is so far up Nicola Sturgeon's arse that when he spits it comes out of her mouth.

I think this 'rebellion' isn't much, probably to try and move the agenda on from Michelle Thomson which the SNP is desperate to do.

Don't forget, Sturgeon's husband has questions to answer.

Who gives a shit really about a strike in 1984 or an inquiry in 2015.

The SNP want the press focus off Thomson and Murrell.

Expect more 'rebellions' of the fake kind.

    George

  14. Hi Sherbie

Thanks for this ditto, I already know that the SNP break the law, they did it to me regards my data subject access request.

When I asked Peter Murrell who the data controller was in the SNP, he replied in an email that he was.

  15. Andrew Marr let Nicola Sturgeon off big time. That was more like a cosy afternoon chat. I love to have seen Andrew Neil or Jeremy Paxman interview her. This female must stop all her blaming and bullshit, and "start running Scotland". My god, are people begining to sus this crooked lot out. I read today as well, that the boss of T in the Park, NEVER SAID HE WOULD RE-LOCATE. Many are now saying that Fiona Hyslop "lied" to the Scottish Parliament.

  16. Hello George

Breaking news. Peter Murrell has today announced that he has no knowledge of the existence of Business for Scotland. The leaked e mails which created the illusion of his connection to that organisation were planted by an MI5 UAV using "no to indyref2" software. His position was underpinned by Nicola Sturgeon who said she didn't know she was married to Peter Murrell until her Auntie Joan sent them an anniversary card. If further evidence of the complete innocence of the entire snp is needed, John Swinney said he didn't know he didn't know.
