Dear All
Scotland’s ‘jolly fat man’ Alex Salmond has
said a vote for independence is not a vote for the SNP.
George Laird says, a vote for Scottish
independence is a vote for Alex Salmond.
And he isn’t getting my vote.
As he uses rhetoric to talk about ‘Scotland's
future’, what he is actually talking about is his future and the future of the
Alex Salmond Party within the SNP.
In other piece of political rubbish, he is
due to tell the SNP conference a first independent Scottish government could
well be run by Labour, or a coalition.
This is supposed to be a carrot to Labour
voters and women who don’t like him and unpopular Nicola Sturgeon.
So, what is the reality people should know,
why is the SNP is gearing everything around the independence bid for their
attempt to win the election in 2016 at the Scottish Parliament!
In other words, Alex Salmond is trying to
con you again.
And in another dig at the Tories he says a
"Yes" vote means Scotland will never be overseen by a Tory government
it did not vote for.
At every election, many people get a
government that they never voted for, so that won’t be changing regardless of
the outcome of this ballot.
Salmond’s other claim to delegates in
Aberdeen that negotiations on Scotland's independence settlement would begin
within days of a "Yes" vote, spearheaded by an "all party"
group are not credible either.
He wants ‘suckers’ much like the SNP tried
to do when they tried to get all party support for their disastrous fitba act,
if they can get people to climb on board for that, they have no chance in
getting them to climb onboard for an SNP controlled team in talks to
Westminster.
Currently and continuously support for
remaining in the UL is holding steady, support for Salmond and Sturgeon is
slipping, each day they are losing ground, losing the argument and burning more
time, money and resources in a failed campaign.
Salmond will say:
"This referendum is not about this
party or this first minister or even the wider 'Yes' campaign. It's about
putting Scotland's future in Scotland's hands."
This poll is about Alex Salmond’s future
and it isn’t about putting Scotland’s future in Scotland’s hands, it is about
putting it in the hands of the SNP.
Salmond apparently is going to tell his
clique at conference:
"Our party is hugely popular and we
are currently five, 10 and 15 points ahead in polls for Westminster, Europe and
Holyrood respectively. But a 'Yes' vote in September is not a vote for me, or
for an SNP government in 2016. It's a vote for a government in Scotland that
the people of Scotland choose, pursuing policies the people of Scotland
support."
This is based on a council tax freeze and
other bribes, and also in part to the weakness still in the Labour Party.
Salmond will use his speech to also attack the
Conservatives, this is to try and lock in the socialist vote.
And his carrot to Labour supporters to vote
Salmond is that a future independent Scottish government:
"That may be the SNP. It may be
Labour. It may be a coalition. I tell you what it won't be - it won't be a
government led by a party with just a single MP in Scotland. A government dismantling our welfare state. Determined to
privatise public services."
One thing which Salmond cannot guarantee is
the very things he says he is fighting to protect.
That is just smoke and mirrors that he will
save people from the ‘evil Tories’.
Salmond will add:
"In an independent Scotland, we can
give this guarantee: the era of unelected Tory governments handing out
punishment to the poor and the disabled will be gone and gone for good."
That guarantee is bogus; he really must
think we are all stupid.
So are Labour, the Lib Dems and the
Scottish Tories all signing up for "Team Scotland"?
No!
And why should they, Salmond and Sturgeon
are going to lose, why destroy your political credibility, add to that, if he
was successful, they still wouldn’t want to be involved, why give up talking
about the ‘bad deal’ Salmond done with Westminster or the campaign to rejoin the
Union?
Salmond says the negotiating group would
include non-SNP members and expertise from across the political spectrum, from
both inside and outwith Scotland.
That tends to suggest that Scotland’s
future isn’t being decided by Scots!
The campaign for Scottish independence by
the SNP is not about giving Scots control of their own country, it is about giving
Alex Salmond and his vile nasty clique control, it is about Scots losing their
rights, it is about austerity, it is about one man.
Alex Salmond has gone as far as he can, it
is now time to put him down because he doesn’t stand up for Scots, the SSP and
others who have joined his voyage of the damned thinking it will help their
political fortunes are being used as mugs and as cover.
Only later will they grasp that concept.
I am vote No to independence under Alex
Salmond and I strongly suggest that working class Scots do likewise, Salmond and Sturgeon cannot be trusted.
Your time is up Salmond, you're history, not making history, 18th September will be remembered as the Death of Nationalism
Day.
Yours sincerely

Strange that you feel it acceptable to call Alex Salmond fat yet, if he were black you would not use that against him. If he was a catholic(which he could be for all I know) I'm sure you wouldn't call him a "tim" or any other offensive bigoted term.
ReplyDeleteLets not forget the 'Reverend Stu's' comments on the matter;

And I quote;
"And if Scotland is to spineless to walk away from this in 2014, having waited 300 years for one chance, then F*ck Scotland too.

Alex Salmond is fat that is a statement of fact.
Alex Salmond married a woman who is old enough to be his mother that is a statement of fact.
Alex Salmond combs his hair (what is left of it) forward, that is a statement of fact.
You could argue that I said is not nice, that that is your assessment, all of the above is true.
Also what is also true is him going around the place, acting the role of Scotland’s ‘jolly fat man’ to get votes, when the reality is that he is a rat, his deputy Nicola Sturgeon is a rat, and her husband Peter Murrell is a rat.
Do you think that a rat should take control of a country like Scotland, well apparently you do.
I, on the other hand don’t think these people are fit and proper.
Alex Salmond is fat!
And given the way he and unpopular Nicola Sturgeon ran the independence campaign you could properly chuck in stupid.
Yours sincerely
